Database not being created in Windows Azure - asp.net-mvc-4

Question

I'm just new to Azure and I'm trying to make a website that would handle a form registration for a user. I used MVC4 and was able to deploy the website. However, whenever I try to access any Views that should show/add something to the database I get an error like this
Cannot find the object "dbo.PersonalDetails" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.
I would just like to point out that everything functions locally and I'm able to add and show stuff from the website.
I also checked the sql database from Azure and was able to confirm that it has not created any tables at all. I'd also like to add that I've also done a similar website and did not encounter this problem at all. (Created a new website with a new sql database, from Azure)

Did you change your connection string in the web.config, or are you connecting locally to the azure db?
Can you post your connection string? (Make sure to remove the password first)
