How can we make a post to user stream in Google plus using API
Is there any PHP library we can use to post to stream/pages of Google plus?
You can't. The Google+ API does not support posting:
Note: The Google+ API currently provides read-only access to public data.

I could find the API for Uber Rush in https://developer.uber.com, but not for Uber EATS, where would this information lie?
There is not currently a publicly available API for UberEATS. Any news on that front would be announced on the Uber API developers blog.
Also, for non-technical or non-coding questions like these about Uber's API, it might be better to follow up with them directly on their community forum, rather than on StackOverflow. Thanks!

I am playing with Firebase and I need to add multiple (iOS/Android) applications to my project for them to use the same database.
I can do it via the Firebase Console website, BUT can it be done via an API?
There is no public API to create Firebase projects or applications in Firebase projects.

If I wanted to make an application (not a Chrome extension) that accesses, let's say, your Chrome-synced bookmarks, would I have to reverse-engineer the interface that Chrome/Chromium uses? Or is there a published API for that?
You can use the Syncable Service API:
https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/developers/design-documents/sync/syncable-service-api
EDIT 2020-03-27 The site mentions the information is outdated and suggests to go here instead:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/docs/sync/model_api.md

Mediawiki is the only wiki software I've found that has an API for creating/editing posts (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API). Are there any others?
You can try Twiki (here's a list of all the functions available to the Plugin API), or maybe the DotNetNuke Wiki - since it's open source, you can do whatever you want with it (if you prefer .Net).

So with the recent news that Microsoft Skydrive is going to get bumped to 25GB of storage per account, does anyone know if SkyDrive has an API?
(And if so, where are the docs?)
SkyDrive (renamed 'OneDrive') has an official API. Details can be found by going to The OneDrive Developer center.
You can also find code samples for working with the OneDrive API, along with source code for the SDKs, on GitHub
