No way to accept Itunes Connect Agreement Update - app-store-connect

I'm walking in circles trying to create a new app in Apple's Itunes Connect. Here are the steps I'm doing:
When I log in to Itunes Connect I'm seeing a screen asking me to "Review the iOS Developer Program License Agreement."
I click continue and then I'm presented with a "Manage Your Apps" screen.
I click Add New App and it sends me to... the Agreement Update again:
So I click on Members Center this time and it goes here:
Clicking on Itunes Connect sends me back to... yes, the Agreement Update once more.
How do I solve this issue? Where is the secret door to adding a new app?

I got stuck here too - here's how it went for me:
Nothing showed up in iTunesConnect's finance/agreement area at first (... even though the links kept sending me there!)
I eventually found something to view/accept at the top of the general Apple Member Center home page.
After step 2, something new finally showed up in iTunesConnect's finance/agreement area that I could accept
After above steps I was able to continue what I was trying to do in iTunesConnect which, in my case, was setting up some new promo codes for my app.

Had the same problem. Tried clearing cookies and cache per above recommendations, nothing. Waited 20m, bingo. Looks like your contract acceptance has to go through some review process, whether manual or automatic, taking a bit of time. I imagine the cookies/cache-clearing having worked was simply you cleared at the right time.

Solution: Open the Link https://itunesconnect.apple.com from Laptop Not Mobile. It will ask you to Accept the Terms and condition. While you open the link from mobile the Accept option will not visible to you. So open the link from Laptop and Accept the terms and condition.

App Store Connect: New Agreement Available but no button appear

I have some problems with my app store connect account. I need to update one of my existing app, but unable to do it.
The banner underneath appear, it says a new agreement is available and I need to accept it.
But the thing is, I can't see any button or link to accept the agreement. Does anyone have an idea to resolve this?
FYI: I am the account holder.
After searching for quite a while, I found the new agreement button is available under the apple developer account page.
This is so confusing. From the app store connect page there is no link or information at all that inform us to where should I navigate, to be able to accept the new agreement.
Anyway, here it is https://developer.apple.com/account

Not able to submit products for inApp-Purchase in iTunes connect in IOS

Getting this error again and again after adding image and hitting Save button. "Your In-App Purchase information could not be saved. Try again. If the problem persists, contact us."
I don't know why this was rejected as an edit. Anyway:
No, this is not a duplicate. This is about In App Purchases while the question you mentioned is about App status.
I was facing the same problem today, and it seems other people too.
What I tried and didn't work (so please don't put this as a possible answer): 1- I used google chrome + Safari on Mac OS 10.12, no chance. Then I tried private mode (same as delete cookies and history), no chance.
2- I switched to windows 7 computer, chrome + firefox (never used before), no chance.
3- I used Safari on iPad Mini with iOS10, no chance.
4- When posting a new IAP with an attached screenshot image, the save button will load forever and nothing will be saved.
5- I contacted Apple about the problem and gave all details. I am waiting for the solution.
Edit : Finally, it is working again (October 7th, 8am GMT). I don't know wether contacting Apple solved this or it was solved for every one. I just uploaded the screenshot and saved the In App Purchase, and I am able to submit the app for review.
If it still doesn't work for you, just contact Apple support with the link provided in the error message, and be patient (try to work in another thing, drink a coffee, or go to shopping :) )
Eventually today i got the success when i had tried from different system,i used the screenshot from iphone5s simulator in 100% resolution and got the success.
But same-thing,i had also tried before putting up this question.
So that means it might be error from apple server as sometimes it just not works.
PFA for screenshot i used:-
If you are resubmitting (for example, after a previous rejection), it seems like this can be caused by adding additional in app purchases.
Our app binary was rejected, we uploaded a new one and while we were at it we added an additional in app purchase to the submission and some extra text to the app review information. All other in app purchases previously submitted remained "In Review" so we were literally just adding in another to the submission.
We got a 500 Internal Server Error when clicking submit (verified using FireFox dev tools). We tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox on Mac and PC - all up-to-date. Same behaviour.
We tried removing the extra new in-app purchase (and cut down the extra review text a little) from the submission and it immediately went through without a hitch. YMMV, but worth checking.

Liveview shows no events

After creating a branch link and using it to install the app, then repeatedly tapping on the link again - that causes the app to re-open I am expecting to see events (install, open, referred session) in Dashboard > LiveView but there are no events recorded there at all.
Is there something I am missing that I need to configure to see events in LiveView?
The marketing view also only shows clicks and nothing against Installs or Re-opens?
Alex from Branch.io here: what you are doing should work as you describe, so there is probably some sort of configuration issue. Some things you can check:
Are you using the same Branch key inside your app as was used to generate the link(s)?
Try enabling debug mode to make sure the system isn't throwing out your events as fraudulent
The Marketing view sometimes has a delay, but the Live View should be at most 10-15 seconds behind. Are you seeing new data in the Clicks tab, but just not the Events tab?
Feel free to submit a ticket with additional details, so that we can help debug from the back end!

Mechanical Turk - can't view HIT, appears blank

I m trying to setup a few image categorization tasks on Mechanical Turk sandbox developer version. When I try to view the HIT(the annotation image), it appears blank. I clicked on the 'Accept HIT' button but I still couldn't see anything.
In order to make sure that nothing was wrong with my project setup in particular, I signed in as a worker to accept HITS on other projects involving image categorization. I still continue to see a blank image in their categorization projects, where the image to be annotated is supposed to be displayed.
Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks.
Problem solved - it was a simple browser incompatibility problem.
I know you have already answered this for yourself, however for other requesters out there I think this may be useful.
I was developing HITs and I too was having issues view the HIT in Sandbox in Chrome and Firefox, I realized that it had something to do with the script being blocked by the browser and the way to fix this was to "unblock the content" - usually a shield icon in the URL bar.
When further developing my HIT I added information about how to see the HIT in the description box of the HIT so turkers could read the instructions and then work on the HIT - to be absolutely clear to the turkers, I added a "(READ DESCRIPTION)" in the title so turkers would know where to look.
Hope this helps!

Can't Create Facebook App

First time trying to create a Facebook app. Browsed to https://developers.facebook.com/apps and it had a link for to register before creating a link where you just accept the T&C's. Now it says, "Create an app to start..." But there is no button to click to create app.
I was having this SAME exact problem just now. I have a verified personal account (email and credit card) and I couldn't see the button. This is what I was getting:
I was at my wits end after 5 hours of reading similar questions and started pulling my eyelashes out...because I have no hair. I tried:
Turning off AdBlock
Testing in multiple browsers and OS'
Inspecting the area with Chrome Inspector...which turned up an empty #DeveleperAppDashHeader div
Praying to the rain gods
Eventually, I became so desperate that I started typing random urls, and this one, by the Odin's Raven, worked: http://developers.facebook.com/setup
It creates a popup window that will let you get the ball rolling. Let me know if this worked, because I am damn near ready to hump my chair with excitement.
Also, I suspect that this is a bug...because if I can create an App using this link but not through the dev dashboard, then something is up.
Here is an explanation about how to create a new app - http://ftutorials.com/create-facebook-app/
First you should check that you are not trying to create a new application from business account. You can create new app only from a facebook account of a real user.
Also there is some facebook bug, that after you click on "Create app", nothing happens, but your app is created.
