Not able to submit products for inApp-Purchase in iTunes connect in IOS - objective-c

Getting this error again and again after adding image and hitting Save button. "Your In-App Purchase information could not be saved. Try again. If the problem persists, contact us."

I don't know why this was rejected as an edit. Anyway:
No, this is not a duplicate. This is about In App Purchases while the question you mentioned is about App status.
I was facing the same problem today, and it seems other people too.
What I tried and didn't work (so please don't put this as a possible answer): 1- I used google chrome + Safari on Mac OS 10.12, no chance. Then I tried private mode (same as delete cookies and history), no chance.
2- I switched to windows 7 computer, chrome + firefox (never used before), no chance.
3- I used Safari on iPad Mini with iOS10, no chance.
4- When posting a new IAP with an attached screenshot image, the save button will load forever and nothing will be saved.
5- I contacted Apple about the problem and gave all details. I am waiting for the solution.
Edit : Finally, it is working again (October 7th, 8am GMT). I don't know wether contacting Apple solved this or it was solved for every one. I just uploaded the screenshot and saved the In App Purchase, and I am able to submit the app for review.
If it still doesn't work for you, just contact Apple support with the link provided in the error message, and be patient (try to work in another thing, drink a coffee, or go to shopping :) )

Eventually today i got the success when i had tried from different system,i used the screenshot from iphone5s simulator in 100% resolution and got the success.
But same-thing,i had also tried before putting up this question.
So that means it might be error from apple server as sometimes it just not works.
PFA for screenshot i used:-

If you are resubmitting (for example, after a previous rejection), it seems like this can be caused by adding additional in app purchases.
Our app binary was rejected, we uploaded a new one and while we were at it we added an additional in app purchase to the submission and some extra text to the app review information. All other in app purchases previously submitted remained "In Review" so we were literally just adding in another to the submission.
We got a 500 Internal Server Error when clicking submit (verified using FireFox dev tools). We tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox on Mac and PC - all up-to-date. Same behaviour.
We tried removing the extra new in-app purchase (and cut down the extra review text a little) from the submission and it immediately went through without a hitch. YMMV, but worth checking.

iTunes Connect Test Flight External Beta Loading Forever

A couple of weeks ago I uploaded an app to iTunes Connect to attempt to beta test it with external users. Unfortunately, whenever I attempt to add a build to my created external tester group and I hit "Next", I am confronted with a loading screen that never goes away. I have left my computer running with this loading screen for multiple days and it still never goes away. I have contacted Apple Developer Support the the engineers have been "looking at it" for 2 weeks now. Does any one know why this could be happening or any possible solutions? Below I attached a picture of the page that has the "Next" button followed by a screenshot of the loading animation that I see after I hit the button. Thank you for the help!
Problem fixed, according apple forum(forums.developer.apple.com/thread/75870), solved by adding 'English US ' in the Test Flight / 'Test Information' !
iTunes connect - TestFlight - Console Error on Selecting Build for Test Group

Passbook is not opening in Safari

I'm currently developing backend for pass generation. I have created sample pass using all guidelines but it doesn't open up on Iphone. Is there any way to debug a problem, cause right now Safari is just showing message - "Safari could not download file".
Here is a link with sample pass:
Thanks for any advance!
According to the errors logged in the console, you have more than one field with an ID of "front-primary". Each field must have a unique ID. Fix the names of the field and try again.
If you have a Mac, you can open the output from an iPhone using XCode or the syslog. This helps pinpoint issues with passes.

iTunes Connect error: "An In-App Purchase has been returned"

I'm seeing the following error in iTunes Connect in the in-app purchase section for my app:
An In-App Purchase has been returned and is highlighted in the table
below
All of the in-app purchases for a new app have been rejected. They all show a status of Developer Action Needed. Going to each individual in-app purchase shows an exclamation sign with:
Your In-App Purchase has been returned. You must modify or delete
the highlighted item.
However, it there's no explanation at all of what the error is. This seems to be a problem a lot of developers have just started seeing:
https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/78997#78997
Any ideas what's causing this? Is it just another iTunes Connect bug?
I had the same problem, following is the screenshot of how my in-app purchase's details page did show a yellow highlighted portion:
What I did is: added another language.. then deleted the previous rejected language, then added the previously rejected-then-deleted language and then deleted the second added language. :-) And it worked!
There is some issue with your binary or metadata that caused app review to reject your app. You need to address that issue. AND: Rather than reject the IAP, app review 'returned' it. If they had rejected it you would have needed to recode a new IAP because once rejected an IAP can't be resubmitted. Once you address the reason the app was rejected, all you need do is open the IAP, add a " " to any field, save it, remove the " ", save it again and it will be ready. I do not recall if you also need to attach it to the new binary or whether it remains attached.
Similar issue
To fix it, I edited >App Store Information >Subscription Display Name, saved the change, then immediately reverted my changes!

iOS 'set up iad network' button missing

I am trying to set my app to use iAds but there are some problems. I followed this tutorial and got stuck on step three cause the button isn't available for me.
I'm not entirely sure why. I already filled up the paperwork, tax and contracts info. But the button is not there. Has it been moved?
A few months ago the button WAS there, however after I clicked it and enabled it, it tells me that I can only enable it when the app is in review. Ok now back to the present, I submit my app that has iAds in it. And it is waiting to be reviewed. The button to enable iAds is missing. It's been a week already. The app already got approved and is available, yet the button is not there. I'm not sure how else to enable iAds.
I have tried going to the iAd network site but all it tells me is that iAd network is temporarily unavailable. It's been already a week.
I finally got a response from apple regarding this issue.
They are no longer using the enable iAd button. As long as you have the paperwork and the iAd framework it should work.
I already have the paperwork done so they tell me that my implementation is wrong.
So I stopped using interface builder for my adds and instead just did it all programmatically.
I don't know if it will make a difference. We shall see... After my app gets approved I'll let ya know....
I simply updated the apps that were supposed to have ads from iAd, and now they are working. It seems that Apple is having quite a few issues with their servers at the moment, though.
I have also recently started implementing iAd in my apps. I have published three apps with iAd and did not see the button in iTunes Connect. The test ads work, however, I have not been able to test whether the ads work on a non provisioned device yet.I have also noticed the iAd module giving me the "iAd Network is temporarily unavailable" error message. I have seen it for at least five days now.
Update: My apps are finally being served iAds. What I did was simply release an update. I didn't even change my code for the ads. I am also not seeing the error from iAd that they can't find my account info; I'm just seeing revenue.

No way to accept Itunes Connect Agreement Update

I'm walking in circles trying to create a new app in Apple's Itunes Connect. Here are the steps I'm doing:
When I log in to Itunes Connect I'm seeing a screen asking me to "Review the iOS Developer Program License Agreement."
I click continue and then I'm presented with a "Manage Your Apps" screen.
I click Add New App and it sends me to... the Agreement Update again:
So I click on Members Center this time and it goes here:
Clicking on Itunes Connect sends me back to... yes, the Agreement Update once more.
How do I solve this issue? Where is the secret door to adding a new app?
I got stuck here too - here's how it went for me:
Nothing showed up in iTunesConnect's finance/agreement area at first (... even though the links kept sending me there!)
I eventually found something to view/accept at the top of the general Apple Member Center home page.
After step 2, something new finally showed up in iTunesConnect's finance/agreement area that I could accept
After above steps I was able to continue what I was trying to do in iTunesConnect which, in my case, was setting up some new promo codes for my app.
Had the same problem. Tried clearing cookies and cache per above recommendations, nothing. Waited 20m, bingo. Looks like your contract acceptance has to go through some review process, whether manual or automatic, taking a bit of time. I imagine the cookies/cache-clearing having worked was simply you cleared at the right time.
Solution: Open the Link https://itunesconnect.apple.com from Laptop Not Mobile. It will ask you to Accept the Terms and condition. While you open the link from mobile the Accept option will not visible to you. So open the link from Laptop and Accept the terms and condition.
