how to fix this issue please guide me,
i also delete all the user except administrator but same message is displayed. even i deleted the database and restore another database and try to install app but same message is displayed with old database name and same number of users
You just need to sign in with the account you used to download the installation package. The local server will then start downloading the files.
Go to the APPS section of your account to get the download.
Ideally though, you can also set up BZR to do a pull so when there are updates you can get them in relatively easily also.
Well clearly it is a bug in OpenERP v7.
I have created a bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/1260377 fell free to subscribe to it.

I am testing WSO2-Emm system for managing our android mobile app. We have an app for taxi drivers. We deploy it using our tablets and a single gmail account. Our problem is that google allows up to 10 signed in devices for a single google account.
I have tried to load the apk to the WSO2 store. The problem is that when I want to upload a new version of the same app I get a warning message saying that this APK already exists in the store. When I try to rename it and add it as a new apk it works. The problem is that when I go to App-Management, the application appears under 'installed'. The Emm system doesn't detect there is a new version.
To be more specific, my question is is there a way to manage mobile application versions using the WSO2 store and not the google play store.
If there is a way we can go on with this system. If not, we will stop testing it.
The only way I've figured out how update an already installed app is by going to the App Management tab, selecting your latest version of the app in question, and hitting the install button under the Roles tab (NOT the Users tab). It will send the install command to any devices listed under roles you have checked, even if they already have the app installed. Keep in mind this will install the app on all the devices, even devices that already have the version you're trying to put out.
It looks like you already know about the patch on EMM-686 that must be implemented in order to upload multiple versions of the same app to the Publisher. Just in case you want to confirm it's implemented correctly, see my answer here for instructions on how to implement it.
I Created an Hybrid App using IBM worklight. i was able to store all the details when he install the app.
Like device Id,Name,PhoneNumber,Date and Time when he Installed....
How can I delete is details when he unistall the app from mobile Is there any feature
Worklight does not (and cannot) provide an API to do this for you.
However, what you could do is run on your database a routine that will check for apps that did not attempt to connect to the Worklight Server for, say, 180 days amount of days. If the limit has been reached - delete the app records from the database.
This is of course not bullet-proof because a user may want to use the app on the 181 day...
You can check for this by using WL.Logger.logActivity and sample the table where this data is saved for the checking.
I am working on a Windows Phone News Client and recently we changed some of the APIs. For that some of the older versions of my app is crashing heavily as there are format mismatches.
My question: Is there any way available to restrict users of previous version (suppose version 1.0.0.0) using that particular version? Or, force them to download the latest version of app (suppose version 1.0.0.1) from store? Does Windows Phone Store have any built in feature for this purpose?
Please guide me. Thanks.
As far as I can see, there is no such feature in Windows Phone Store to accomplish your requirement. When update available user will be notified, but the update won't get installed automatically without user action.
You should implement logic to restrict user in the application it self. For example, upon application start up, check current version against latest version in server, then close the application if it isn't up-to-date.
I want to know if I can distribute a copy of a Windows 8 App using some form of package file, avoiding the need to get it from the Store. I want to target average users, not developers.
If you're targeting end users, i.e. consumers, then the answer would be no. I don't even see the advantage of bypassing the store in this case, since it only brings you a larger potential market for your application.
Sideloading of applications (the name used for installing them without publishing to the store) is supported only for the enterprise scenario to allow companies to install their own line of business applications which they don't want to publish in the store. There are multiple requirements for this to work which are not feasible for individual end users.
That being said, nothing prevents you from creating the appx package (Project > Store > Create App Packages... menu in Visual Studio) and distribute it to your users. Along wih the package a PowerShell script is generated (Add-AppDevPackage.ps1) which takes care of installing the application on another machine, including installing the certificate and obtaining the deceloper license (for which he will need a Live account). The user will require administrative privileges to run the script. And he will have to renew the developer licence every 30 day for the app to continue working. Because of all that this process is really only suitable for a small number of users who can test your app before you submit it to the store.
I found the link below as an answer to a previous question. It seems that you could easily install it using the temp folder and NSIS.
How to install a Windows 8 App Without Submitting to Store
The Windows Store is exactly the mechanism you'd want to use to target average users; it's the place they will go to discover and install new applications.
Technically, you can sideload applications; however, that mechanism is for distributing line-of-business applications within an enterprise. You can also install an application package directly on an end-user machine, but that will require a developer license on that machine, and that's explicitly contrary to your goals.
I upgraded to Windows 8 RTM a few weeks ago and yesterday I attempted to create a Windows Store account using my bizspark token. I get the message: "We don't recognize the computer you're using".
This is the same computer I've been using.. As I understand it I was supposed to get an email to confirm this as a new trusted computer when I upgraded. I never did. I have valid emails accounts and a phone number associated with my windows Live account.
In trying to figure it out I "deleted" the listed trusted computers, so that will happen in 30 days but if I click the Cancel the deletion I am taken to a screen that says:
"Use your existing security info to help us make sure this is you. How can we contact you? ", with the only option available being "Use my trusted PC".
I saw somewhere in some forum that Windows Essentials is supposed to help, I downloaded it and ran wlstartup.exe and if I remember correctly I had the option to make this a trusted PC. It made no difference, I'm still not trusted . If I rerun wlstartup it just gives me a dialog that says "Connect your favorite Services" with a Linked In logo. I tried it with no other apps running and logged out of Live and messenger. The file version of wlstartup is: 16.4.3503.728
I've tried devices.live.com , click the "add this computer" link and it takes me to the Essentials download page, which, as mentioned, I've already downloaded and ran.
So basically, I need to make my computer trusted ( again ) so I can get a Windows Store account, and have no idea how.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thansk,
Craig
Did you maybe reinstall windows 8. You need to trust the new PC from the old install, which is impossible, so frustratingly you have to wait 30 days before you can delete the old install and add the new trusted PC.
