Windows Phone 7 emulator on Windows 8 - windows-8

I followed this "guide" to make my Windows Phone SDK 7.1.1 work on my Windows 8 Pro 32 bit.
Everything works perfectly but when i run the application the emulator appears and after 30 s appears a message error "Windows phone emulator has stopped working".
I have 2 Gb of ram and I don't think this is the problem because on my desktop (I'm on the notebook) I have 1,5 Gb of ram (w7) and all works fine.
So what's the problem ?
I really need to make Windows phone sdk run on this notebook !
Thank you all and sorry for my bad english :S

Can I deploy an app made in titanium to iphone from windows

I want to deploy app made in titanium studio in iphone from windows 7.Is it possible? If yes than how?
Somebody has asked me 100% same question 2 days ago. This was my answer
First Short answer:
No you cant compile iOS apps on windows machine.
Now reason:
The reason behind it is that titanium javascript code is ultimately converted to xcode project and xcode only works on mac machine and its not cross platform
Thanks

My XBOX 360 Kinect app stopped working when I moved it to Windows 8.1

I finally upgraded my OS to Windows 8.1 and now my XBOX Kinect app that I built doesn't work. Also, none of the example project that come with the SDK and Development tools works either. I have the latest downloads and everything. Windows 8.1 is completely updated too. All the apps run, but it seems none of the sensors work, but the red light comes on when I run the examples. Anyone had this issues before?
I ended up downgrading back to Windows 7. Not sure what the real solution was, but spent an entire evening trying updates and nothing worked. Just as an FYI I am using an XBOX 360 Kinect and not the Windows version.

Is there any program emulator of Series 60 1st edition Symbian 6.1 phone for PC?

I need to run .app program (or packed in .sis) written for old good Symbian 6.1 (not MIDP!) but I haven't found it yet. Is there any emulator in SDK and where to get it?
You can't run app files (compiled for Symbian) in Windows Emulator.
If you have the source code and you manage to find some old 6.1 SDK then you can recompile it for Emulator, but otherwise its easier to find some old phone where to run it
