I have login with Bigcommerce control panel and try this for manage custom panel under bigcommerce store --
Go to 'Design' then open 'Design Mode' double click the text and you can change it.
but no there is no way to change the text under this.
I think with the design mode, you can change the layouts. But, it does not seem to work intuitively for texts. If you are looking to change the display text - You should be able to change stuff like store name under settings -> store.
If you think about it - the category names, products, etc come from your inventory data, from your DB. If you want to edit the product names, or something like that, you need to work with your store data and edit stuff from your control panel.
Hope this helps! cheers.

i have searched up and down the internet but cannot figure this out. So ive finally come here for the aid of some utter genius people.
I dont like the windows right click function as it has too many options. Some of the options like properties cannot be removed. So, i thought i could disable right click to remove the menu and create my own.
The problem i have is i cannot figure out for VS2010 how to right click on the desktop outside of the form/project and make a box pop up like the same behaviour as the built in one. I am ultimately wanting to be able to expand and add things but im falling at the first hurdle.
Can someone please tell me how to right click on the desktop and create a context menu popup where i can add my own items. i want it to behave the same as windows but i want it my own essentially. This way in the future i will be able to enable or disable my own functions i.e open/winrar/7zip / remove edit on the fly.
thanks

Remove/Disable the default menu of desktop is not a good idea at all
But you can add your own items as well using 3rd party apps
I made an app modifies the default menu ,it can append more items an sub items
I wrote it long time ago I do not remember if i still have the source code or not
App link
I have a VB10 app that uses panels, one for menu, one for main screen and then i want to add one for a breadcrumb menu. I use user controls to display in pnlMain and would like the breadcrumb trail to add an link with user control info every time I add a screen to pnlmain...and remove the link when I click on the previous link.
I would like to build the links dynamically like they do here: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/17714/Create-a-Breadcrumb-Menu-in-VB-NET-WinForms,
but I couldnt get the links to display when I ran the solution.
and if I get the links to show, how do I associate the user control to that link?
Thank you for your help. The breadcrumb shouldnt go more than 3-4 levels deep
I want prevent users from possibility to delete a name by accident from the list.. It should be possible to delete a name by clicking only on [x]...
Thanks
Reconsider the plan as Stephan says. My advice: you have used filter elements from OneUI framework. That's not a good choice in my opinion.
My suggestion is to use list element of OneUI instead, for example:
You might want to reconsider that plan :-) - the behavior of the dojo value picker in any other application is to make the full entry a click target - since you don't control other applications, you create an interaction inconsistency that will rather annoy users.
... But if you have to:
The Dojo UI interaction is deeply wired into that control and can't be changed easily. Your sensible option is to take the source of the control and create your own dojo/dijiit widget. Since dojo supports name spaces, that can coexist with the default control. Check the dojo documentation. It contains tutorials how to do that.
You might find there are better uses for your time.
I actually have two questions here. First one is exactly what the title says. Example: I want users to be able to add a setting into My.Settings from the application. I want them to be able to add an unlimited amount and I want the scope to be set to user and the type set to string. I don't want them to be able to change the scope or type, only the "Title" and "Value". What I need this for is so users can make a setting so if they type "sof" into the URL bar of a VB.net browser it will go to "stackoverflow.com" of course I want them to be able to change the shortcut and the site and add new ones. I also want them to be able to view a list of all of them and edit or delete the ones on the list.
Second question is how do I make the code search through all of my settings and see if any of them are titled what the person put into the URL bar and if there is get the value of it and navigate too it.
I know this is a lot to ask, and I am not asking for someone to do it for me, I am asking someone what procedure would I follow to do this. If there is already a tutorial or an answer to this please link me to it. If you have the time please answer.
Actually, not to make Douglas look bad, but you can easily do what you want with the user settings. See this My.Settings page from MS. What you will want is the "System.Collections.Specialized.StringCollection" setting type. The link I gave you shows you how to read, change, and save the data. It also shows you how to make a simple UI for the user to be able to change them, if you want.
As for the second part, also easy using LINQ. This is not exactly what you want but it is close and has a lot of good examples.
I currently have a a pretty standard jqgrid that I would like to change the navGrid icons dynamically. The grid shows some standard data with limited navGrid icons (like search) but if you log in to the site it will allow you do add, edit, etc. So I would like to turn on/off certain icons under certain situations. I have not been able to find any way to do this.
Look at the demo which I made for the answer. Another demo from the answer shows one how to disable/enable buttons from the navigator bar instead of show/hide there. I think it's what you can do.
