I want to capture a photo from my SenchaTouch 2.1 application and want to display on the view.
I don't want to use Phone Gap just want to access the camera through my Sencha Application. Kindly share some code that will suffice the above mentioned need Or some suggestions it will be really helpful.
Thanks
Have you looked at the Sencha Touch API docs, for the Ext.device.Camera class?

I'm just playing around with agora.io, WebRTC and I want to implement a "camera tile view". I hope you understand what I mean, so all the (small) cameras of the users should be displayed in a row/table one next to each other or in a list, if too many users. The active speaking user gets a border around his camera view or sth like that.
Can anybody tell me the name of this kind of view or point me to a location, where I can check some samples about this?
Best regards, Alex
The Agora SDK's provide all the API's for building your own Ui, so there is no method within the SDK for generating a tile view, you would have to do that yourself.
That being said, the Agora developer community has some open source UI Kits that serve as a good starter template for your UI that you can adjust. The Agora Web UIKit supports tile view as the default.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.
Normal Camera View
My Expectation
If you want to use the CameraCaptureTask, you will have to deal with its possibilities. It uses the built-in camera app of the phone, and available setting are the ones in that app.
If you prefer a customized photo taking app, you should use the PhotoCamera class:

i am looking for some sample code/tutorial that will demonstrate taking a photo or video using one view in an iPhone app, with a toggle switch. Similar to the built-in iOS camer app.
any help is greatly appreciated!
This library includes the functionality for both photo and video taking. Also, it allows you to present a popup for the user to select photo/video.

I'm building a mobile version of a website, using Sencha Touch 2.0, I'm basing the mobile site on the sample app provided in the Sencha Touch Documentation ( http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-0/#!/guide/first_app ).
I'm testing the app on http://iphone4simulator.com/ just to see what it will look like, but for some reason its not centered, its thinks the screen width is 360px instead of 320px.
I'm not sure how to correct this, has anyone experienced a similar problem ?
Regards
Actually looking closer at it, I think the problem is http://iphone4simulator.com/ and not sencha touch.
Given a URL to a...
PDF, Apple's UIWebView component will display the PDF in the PDF
reader.
video, Apple's UIWebView component will display the video in
the video player.
music file, Apple's UIWebView component will play
the music in the video player.
What is the best way to mimic this functionality in Sencha Touch?
Many thanks
EDIT: Also, how do you display a website in a panel? I've tried using an embed and an iframe, but these aren't scrollable on the device.
I don't understand, this should work just like that? Are you thinking of rendering pdf/video/music inside Sencha Application?
If yes, check out Sencha examples for audio/video. For pdf you will need some new code. I would suggest using pdf.js inside Sencha panel, haven't tried it though.
This was answered in sencha touch :: how to create a panel for website-preview inside iFrame.
Anyway, if you want to get the same effect as a UIWebView in senchatouch, I recommend using PhoneGap as long as your intention is that your webapp is used only on mobile devices. PhoneGap Plugins available to use the native WebViews each mobile OS. The plugin, both for IOS to ChildrenBrowser called Android. Sorry about the other systems can not help more.
Without a lot of hacky code, you can't.
