I need to develop CATIA addin using Visual Basic. Does anyone have CATIA programming help or user manual?
If you're aiming to develop a macro in VBA (Visual Basic for Application) the documentation is available in chm format in your CATIA installation:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dassault Systemes\B19\intel_a\code\bin\V5Automation.chm
You can search for CATIA Portable Script Center also on Internet.

I would like to use a physic engine to make a 2D motorbike game in Visual Studio 2010, in a Windows Form (VB language).
It looks like I can import some C# DLLs of physic engines, but I don't find any that are already exported in DLL and that are ready and simple to use. I want to do this for school and push the subject further.
I found this one : http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=8679&lngWId=10
But it is really basic and there is no documentation. I think I will build my own from what I remember from my physics classes and with Internet's support.

What tool do I need to generate XML intellisense help file as shown below?
You need to add XML Documentation comments to your code, and then in your Visual Studio project build options ("Build" tab) tick the "XML documentation file" checkbox to extract those comments to the XML file.
Try AtomineerUtils or GhostDoc to help you to create/update the xml documentation comments quickly and easily.

Can someone suggest me beginners learning resources for DCOM technology using vc++
Those with Sample codes would be very helpful.
Thanks
Look at codeproject.com "DCOM D-Mystified: A DCOM Tutorial" - seven articles & sources for beginers
It depends quite a bit on your exp level with COM. Moving to DCOM is really just a matter of creating an EXE-server, registering it on the remote machine and instantiating it via CoCreateInstanceEx.
You can create simple servers using the ATL app-wizard in VS. MSDN has a number of samples you can d/l.
I realize this isn't a tutorial but you haven't really stated what you know now.

I'm not that good with VB.NET yet and I'd like to learn about API's and external DLL files.
Perhaps someone can post some sample code with explanation/comments or point me to some tutorials.
This should get you started:
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/dotnet/PInvoke.aspx
What kind of DLLs? For native DLLs, you have to P/Invoke (assuming the entry is public and non-decorated). For managed, just add a reference and use it.
