Open and edit DWG file without AutoCAD - vb.net

I am trying to open a DWG file in VB.NET forms without opening AutoCAD. However, a problem occurs:
The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
I also want to edit the image in the DWG file, i.e. most probably a factory layout, and store information about the object used in the layout to figure out the best possible way to reach from source to destination.
This factory layout map is input for a robot which will move according the path available.
Can anybody help? How should I proceed?

Use Teigha or a special program (I don't remember the name) from AutoCad developers to open a dwg file.

Edit .blend file's Text only

http://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/73614
I have downloaded this and want to use my own text on it using Blender (or another program). It is not used for commercial purpose. When I open it, I get no option to edit text. I tried edit external and GIMP which failed.
the .blend file is binary and can only be opened inside of Blender, When you create text objects they are displayed as objects inside blender. You should be able to find the object by using the object browser section inside blender and changing it there. You may have to recreate the text object depending on how the author did the original.

vwnt pop up in smalltalk

When I try to open my smalltalk project file vwnt pops up. The project wont open. I did save the project properly last time I was working on it. Please help if anyone know how to resolve this issue.
what do you mean by smalltalk project files? VisualWorks doesn't have anything like that. What it has is an .im and .cha file. the .im file is the image, which contains VisualWorks and all the changes you did to it. So when you open the .im file, it'll open VisualWorks. You create classes and methods in VisualWorks and by doing so you modify the whole system. When you save the image, the whole VisualWorks system gets persisted and when you open the image file again, the system is restored.
The .cha file is a text file that contains all the changes that you did to the image.

Associate file type/extension to non document based cocoa application

This is for some reason really hard to find and solve. Cannot find any documentation on it.
I've got a non-document based application which I would like to open all specific file types, but I do not want to use NSDocuments but let my code handle the opening of file and processing of it. I've added the CFBundleTypeExtensions and all, settings to the info.plist.
Now the application will open the filetype but display an error like: "The document xxxx could not be opened. Application cannot open files in the yyyyy format."
Have you implemented -application:openFile: in an app delegate? If not, your application has no way of knowing how to open some random file in some random format. It's up to you to add that functionality and respond with success or failure.

Opening a file in my application from File Explorer

I've created my own application in VB.NET that saves its documents into a file with it's own custom extension (.eds).
Assuming that I've properly associated the file extension with my application, how do I actually handle the processing of the selected file within my application when I double click on the file in File Explorer?
Do I grab an argsc/argsv variable in my Application.Load() method or is it something else?
Try this article but short answer is My.Application.CommandLineArgs
