Not possible, sorry. We do not get access to either of those facilities.

sending data between tweaks

I have a tweak with hooks to an app (tweak1)
The tweak is supposed to use a framework to execute some code.
Unfortunately within iOS7 I'm unable to do that.
However when the same code is executed in a separate tweak (tweak2) with hooks to springBoard, it runs just fine.
My question is possible for me to send a dictionary from the first tweak (tweak1) to tweak2 so it gets executed.
I think I need to use CPDistributedNotificationCenter. But not sure.
If that's the case, a helping suggestions or example would be greatly appreciated.
many thanks
CPDistributedNotificationCenter should work or you could just use NSDistributedNotificationCenter. It inherits from NSNotificationCenter, which we all know how to use.
Another solution I can suggest is CFMessagePort, which I'm using in my apps. I need to support iOS 4, which doesn't support NSDistributedNotificationCenter, so I ended up using CFMessagePort. It differs from notification model in that you can't send messages to everyone. You can only send messages between two known ports. But in your case it probably doesn't matter.
There is also the XPC API but I've never used it and can't say much about it. It's an IPC API so it should work. Many iOS components use it.

Objective C twitter client help!

I'm trying to update my app (iSocialNet) to use the latest version of MGTwitterEngine without success. I've successfully got iSocialNet to work using Ben Gottlieb's Twitter+OAuth, but there are issues that come with it.
What I would like to do is make my own 'TwitterEngine' but I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I must warn you that my knowledge of ObjC is minimal, but I'm getting there. Any help is appreciated.
The problem with Twitter+OAuth is that I can't get native retweets to show in the timeline, there's no retweet feature in the MGTE supplied, I can't get all users that a person follows and that's just what I've encountered so far. This is why i need to either update MGTE which comes with OAuth or i need to implement my own engine. I know that OAuth is tricky, but there's a library that MGTE uses that I would use. It's the actuall speaking to twitter that I don't understand.
Many thanks in advance
You could try to parse the timeline directly off twitter, I have same problem and I think it may solve the retweet problem as well as parse the follower list off twitter too ;)
I'd recommend you to explain your problems with Ben Gottlieb's Twitter+OAuth here better than implementing a new OAuth engine, that's absolutely not trivial and with little Objective-C knowledgement it could be disappointing for you! We can help each other here and by reusing code.

Capture mac screen

What is the best way to record the mac screen with cocoa? I know there are many examples at the apple developer reference library. SonOfGrab explain how to capture the screen with quartz but also that it isn't enough fast to use it to grab many frames every second. OpenGLScreenSnapshot has same results but it isn't fast, too. OpenGLScreenCapture seems to be the best way to do it but XCode prompts me many errors because it's made for 10.4 and it requires old Quicktime commands I think they pushed into QTKit but I can't find a way to convert it. Could anyone send me to someone's site that converted the project or tell me if there are some other ways to do it. Thanks in advance.
OpenGL would be the way to go. You should still be able to use the OpenGLScreenCapture sample if your architecture is set to 32-bit. (QuickTime is not available in 64-bit.)

how to get notification of devices in the bluetooth range in objective c?

I am working on one application where i need to display notification for the devices in the bluetooth range. I surfed a lot also searched in the stack overflow, but got most of the questions unanswered or the solution to use pacifist, which is quite impossible for me,as i cant download old version of xcode, its not allowed in my organization.
So can anybody help me out with some sort of example code or something that i can use in my application and proceed further?
Thanking you.
-Sarah.
Is this for the Mac or for iOS? If it's the latter, I'm sorry to report that after having researched the heck out of it, there's no App-Store-safe way to access the Bluetooth stack. That leaves no way to detect nearby devices except through Gamekit, which is very limited.
[Edit: note that this is old information, and that much more is available now.]
Try Bonjour for zero-configuration networking/detection between devices. It silently switches between Bluetooth and WiFi but it may still suit your needs.
