I am just in the process of making some little demo tutorial videos for my app to help users get up to speed. I have used Camtasia in the past but don't really like it. Anyone have any recommendations. Good is more important than free, but free certainly helps.
I can use Windows or Mac for this job.

there is a bunch of tools listed here and here.

I am looking for a API from a popular game.
Googled a lot and seems to be very hard to find information or api's from games.
A lot for mobile apps but not looking for that.
I've never used this, but I believe Blizzard has a pretty extensive API which I believe is free. They have many popular games played by millions of people, including World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Overwatch, etc.

I am trying to find or create something in VB.Net that will detect an open/closed switch. I am currently looking for the proper I/O board that will communicate with Windows 7 via USB or RS-232. I have been searching but everything leads me to Raspberry Pi or the like. I want to create a simple GUI in vb.net that will give me Red/Green when I magnet switch is open/closed. If anyone reading this has examples of what I am looking for and/or can point me in the right direction, I would really really appreciate it. Thanks
National instruments NI6501 or 6008. NI SDK called NIDAQ is free and comes bundled with vb.net and c# examples.

I wanted to know the spell correct api's available for commercial/non commercial usage other than google/bing.
First of all you can write your own spell corrector with this tutorial. In addition there are some Python packages that may help you with that, such as TextBlob (which I highly recommend). Another option is Gingerit which Iv'e never tried but looks promising. Another DIY spell correct tutorial might interest you as well.

I just launched this, so it's still beta, but it's not bad. It has a dictionary of over 600,000,000 entries covering most non-Asian languages.

Where would I find the API that I can call from a BHO?
Basically I need to figure out how long will it take to build a screnshot functionality inside IE.
I have done the same research for FF and it was quite easy to find information on how to do it and what sort of API I would have available but now I need to do the same for IE and can't seem to find any information about it. Just the plain old tutorials on how to build a BHO etc.
Thanks in advance
Ok I got my answers:
Here is a good start point for the API and here is a good example on how to do a screen shot in C#

I'm looking for an API that will provide real-time lightning strike data in a metro area and searches have come up short. Please send me the link and an overview of your experience if you have worked with one in the past.....
Thanks!
I would recommend that you have a look at the Vaisala Global Lightning Dataset GLD360 system.
Turns out, there are two big players:
1) Vaisala
2) NAPLN
We chose to use NAPLN.
