Basically, if I'm connected to a minecraft server on computer A, then can I connect to the same server on computer B without server noiticing disconnecting on computer A and reconnecting on computer B? Back in 2020 I think there was an exploit, witch allowed to get anyones session id and join the server that they were playing on, and the game was kicking the legit player, and letting the hacker join, but now when I try to connect to a server that I'm connected to on computer A on computer B, then I get such message:
EDIT: I'm trying to join 2b2t.org on minecraft version 1.12.2 using impact cheats.

When I tried to connect from a second computer it allowed me to connect and play normally, but it logged me out from the first computer and the first computer showed the below screen.

not sure if this is the right place to ask such a question - if not, perhaps you can direct me to the right place?
I've recently purchased a walking treadmill for my standing desk. It has a standalone control panel, connected to the base via an exposed LAN port. The panel has a few drawbacks (it's huge, has awkward and noisy buttons, no pause/return) and I wonder if I could write something very simple to control the treadmill from my PC instead. I imagine I'd need an ethernet splitter and something for network snooping to see the payload from button clicks? I've never done anything like this, so any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks all!
1st: Be sure that the port is a compliant ethernet port to avoid damage of your equipment.
A cheap setup to analyze traffic between two devices is the use of a ethernethub or a switch which can be configured to broadcast all trafic and a pc with an ethernetsniffer. An alterntive to an hub could be two bridged ethernetcards on a pc.
A common, free and feature rich sniffer is whireshark.

I'd like to capture the traffic sent by a Sonos speaker (to troubleshoot streaming issues).
I've found one way to do this but it's a bit cumbersome: I plug the Sonos speaker via an ethernet to usb adapter to my PC, share the PC connection and then capture on that interface.
It's limited to one speaker and if the speaker has ever been configured to use the WiFi, it seems that it uses WiFi even plugged that way (and I don't capture anything).
What's the detailed setup to use port mirorring to do this? I'd like to compare the two solutions and don't know much about port mirorring setup.
Thanks!
I would recommend getting yourself a network hub to plug Sonos and the computer into and capture from that.

I'm an I.T. student creating a pageant scoring system using VB.net and Microsoft SQL for database.
I'm wondering what method to implement on how to connect the ADMIN's server to multiple judges' nodes.
I have already constructed some GUI, and already normalized the database.
I have searched the winsock method but I'm planning to use this system on different nodes, so, this can be troublesome to modify every time I use it to other nodes.
I have searched that it is possible to connect them through ad hoc, but I don't know how to start it.
So, please enlighten me on this method. Thank you
.......
it's more like this.
1 sql server database sitting on a drive that all clients & server can see
1 system sitting on each client/judge machine, connecting to this sql database
1 system sitting on the server/admin machine, connected to the same database.
the client software inputs score to tables
the server-side software refreshes everytime someone entered their score
Your software should connect using a single non-adminstrator account. You do not have to create a different account on SQL Server for each different user in your software.
Regarding the connection method, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "different nodes".

I have an Nvidia Quadro 600 card in my workstation and was curious if there was any way I could use three monitors with the card without using external graphics hardware (Matrox display2go et al.). It has 1 Dual Link DVI-I port and 1 DisplayPort port. I'm using two monitors, one with each port but I would like to have a third one.
Is that possible somehow?
Thanks
You can. I have seen some thin client concept which connects through an ethernet cord. Monitor gets a power adapter, just like for mobile. I have seen this setup with a D-link manufacturer.. But it in fact works for any machine.
This is the solution to connect the third monitor: http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-External-Video-Monitor-Adapter/dp/B0086359SG/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1388206061&sr=1-2&keywords=usb+3.0+to+dvi
I have plenty of USB 3.0 so that is the best option.
Thank you anyway

Hello friends can anyone suggest me a Net Monitor for Employees tat allows you to see screens of computers connected to the network. This way you can observe what your employees are doing! Additionally, you have the ability to take control of a remote computer by controlling the mouse and keyboard. You can record remote computers screens even when you are not monitoring them. When your employees need instructions, you can show them your desktop. To increase your efficiency the console now include several tolls that can be executed on all or just selected remote computers. When you need attention you can send a message to employees and/or lock the remote computer. Communication uses encryption. Application works through Internet, LAN, WLAN or VPN. Agent can be remotely installed.
i am runnin a traing institute with 30 Pcs which uses windows Xp and i am lookin for commercial software..
Seem like a puzzle of regular vnc software should do the job (recording comes separate, you may need r-vnc too), but vnc tends to be slow outside of LAN.
