Drop Frame is missing in IntelliJ IDEA - intellij-idea

I downloaded the intellij community edition.
Is DropToFrame is available only in Ultimate Edition?
Any other plugin add this to intellij community edition
Thanks

The Drop Frame was renamed to Reset Frame and now is located to the left of the frame name in Frames view (curved arrow icon on the screenshot)
You may add it manually in Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars - Debug Tool Window Top Toolbar:

Customize Intellij top menu to include debugger icons

I would like the debugger menu (with the step over and step into etc) buttons up in the top menu next to the run/debug/stop buttons. Is there any way to make this happen? I can move then entire debugging pane up top. But that is not what I want. I just want the icons up top like other IDE's have.
this is a different question than How do I move the toolbar in IntelliJ?
I am not asking how to move the existing toolbar, I'm asking how to add the debug buttons to the toolbar up top.
It's not possible at the moment. Feel free to create feature request on YouTrack: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.
2022 UPDATE
It is possible now as JetBrains has added highly-customizable functionality for controlling commands in menus and toolbars.
For Windows/Linux: File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars
For Mac: IntelliJ IDEA | Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars

Intellij documentation pop up does not work properly

Despite that I have ticked the "auto-display documentation" and tried inputting different numbers in "ms" box - I still have to press CTRL+Q to see the documentation. How to make it work?
Also if I click CTRL+Q to show documentation pop up manually - the pop up is too small. Can I make it bigger by default to contain all the text?
IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1 (Ultimate Edition) Build #UI-181.4203.550
Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia, Cinnamon 64-bit
Sounds like you want this setting:
Settings > Editor > General
> Show quick documentation on mouse move
And to make the documentation pop-up text larger:
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the pop-up, there is a setting there.
It seems there is a bug. If you open the settings via the gear icon and tick the show toolbar it will work again (at least I was able to reproduce it and this fixed it for me).
I don't have issues with the size (I'm on mac) using IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1.2 (Ultimate Edition) Build #IU-181.4668.14.

Update for IntelliJ 2018.2:
The code completion in IntelliJ IDEA continues to evolve, and now the IDE shows both all the possible auto-completions and Javadoc, at the same time (without the need to directly invoke Javadoc each time). Please be aware that you need to actually enable this cool new feature. Go to Preferences | Editor | General | Code Completion and turn on the Show the documentation info pop-up in… options.

Not showing Project Structure in IntelliJ IDEA

I am a new to IntelliJ IDEA and somehow my project structure doesn't appear where It should be. Someone know how to fix this please? I want it to appear left corner where red circle:
You have hidden the tool window buttons. To show them again press Alt+Alt (and keep holding) or click on the bottom left corner icon. Or use View | Tool Buttons to show them permanently. Then you can click on the Project or Structure tool window buttons depending on what you need.
Another way is to use the menu: View | Tool Windows | Project (or Structure).
Or just use the keyboard shortcuts:
Alt+1 β€” Project
Alt+7 β€” Structure

How to set black background in IntelliJ IDEA?

I use IntelliJ IDEA 2016.1.2 with the Darkula color scheme but the contrast is too low for me, so I want to set the background color to pure black (#000000). While there are options to set the background of the console and the editor to black, this does not apply to the rest of the user interface. How can I change the background color of the whole theme (console, editor, menu, dialogs,...) to black?
From the menu bar, open the settings dialog:
File -> Settings (Preferences for Mac OS)
Change background of code editor:
In the list menu on the left, go to:
Editor -> Colors & Fonts -> General
Then, in the menu on the right, go to:
Text -> Default Text and select the Background checkbox.
Change background of console:
In the list menu on the left, go to:
Editor -> Console Colors
Then, in the menu on the right:
Select Background and Click the checkbox for Background
PS: you might need to "Save as" the default scheme before that, then choose the background color. As it mightn't allow you to modify stock schemes/themes.
It's also possible to do stuff by language etc, but it surely could've been made easier.
Works on version:
IntelliJ IDEA 2016.2.4
Build #IC-162.2032.8, built on September 9, 2016
JRE: 1.8.0_112-release-b343 x86_64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
Check this list of the themes, some of them are pure black
https://github.com/sdvoynikov/color-themes
UPDATE: As of 2018.3, IDEA has its own high contrast theme. You can access in in
Settings β†’ Appearance & Behavior
The example of the theme is here:
In this version, they added also better support for screen readers, you can lear more here.
An updated answer for the latest versions, follow the steps:
Preferences | Editor | Colors Scheme | General | Text | Default text | Background
In the Background set the color to hex value 00000.

Is there any way to hide panels in IntelliJ 9?

In IntelliJ 9.0, is there any way to hide the panels on the sides and bottom? Specifically, I'm trying to hide the Ant Build panel, since I don't use Ant and don't want to have these extra panels taking up space on my side and bottom bars.
CTRL-SHIFT-F12 maximizes the editor
Also, SHIFT-ESC closes the active panel
You can permanently remove the Ant Build panel by disabling the plugin. Go to Settings > Plugins and uncheck the "Enable" box next to Ant Support.
Install Tool Window Manager plugin to be able to disable tabs that you don't use.
For current IDEA version 2018.1 (and for many previous editions)
Right-click the tool window button you want to hide (in your case the Ant Build).
Choose Remove from Sidebar
