what need to use for queue in Symfony4. Example I need cretae some task in the background for some logic. Example set fullname from firts and last name. Example how to use RabbitMQ for this task in Symfony4 or maybe it's not good idea use RabbbitMq for this issue ?
In such cases, when I have to use some new technology in my project, first what I do is: go to Google and look for some ready bundle. In your case it's, for example, https://github.com/php-amqplib/RabbitMqBundle

I got a partial answer here but not exactly what I wanted.
The link describes how to get a list of task futures but what I'd really like to be able to do is list out and cancel individual jobs (that might be hung, long running etc etc). I've seen another post implying that this is not possible but I'd like to confirm (see second link)
Thanks

Yes, this is not possible and actually I'm not sure how this can be done in general case. Imagine there are 5 jobs running and you want to cancel one of them. How are you going to identify it? It seems to be very use case specific to me.
However, you can always implement your own mechanism to do this. One of the possible ways is to use ComputeTaskSession API and task attributes. E.g., set a special attribute that will act as signal for job cancellation and create attribute listener that will stop job execution accordingly.
I have a mule flow and I want to automate the execution of the application without http listener
I want the mule application execute without enter "localhost:8081/app"
is it a way to do this?
Screenshots of the flow
As I understood from your question, I can suggest the below steps
1) Add Composite source at the start of your flow.
2) Place the existing HTTP inbound endpoint into Composite source scope.
3) As an addition, add the quartz inbound endpoint into composite source scope and configure it at what time you want to run using cron expression.
This approach enables you option to trigger the flow using either HTTP URL or automated execution through quartz component using cron expression.
Please comment on this answer if you feel my understanding is wrong.
Do you simply want the app to run at scheduled intervals? If so, I think the Quartz connector would be you best choice.
Is this the scenario you are after?
I am looking for a way to change the steps in the saga, example: insert a step during the processing, preferablly during runtime
Is it possible to do using sagas?
Sagas (particularly those written using Automatonymous) were not designed to handle dynamic configuration at runtime. They are a codified way to create process monitors and workflows.
If you need to dynamically modify the steps of a workflow, you could use the Courier routing slip, which is built into MassTransit. It allows an activity in the workflow to revise the itinerary, adding or removing steps (activities) as needed.
I would like to capture the messages logged by SQLServerDbSupport and DBMigrate during a migration. Calling flyway.migrate does the migration, but it is not always obvious what actions were applied. I am hoping to capture this to determine what changes, if any were applied.
I already tried setting STDOUT to a ByteArrayOutputStream but that didn't work, presumably as the logger is initialised before the re-direction.
What other options are there to obtain the output messages ?
All you have to do is configure whatever logging framework you use to achieve this. No need to reassign stdout.
While this suggestion is great I am not sure how it addresses the need to capture the output from one migration only, while another migration is running. Do you have an example of a logger configuration which deal with individual migration in a concurrent scenario /
I would want to program something where you upload a file on the one side and the other person can download it the moment I start uploading. I knew such a service but can't remember the name. If you know the service I'd like to know the name if its not there anymore I'd like to program it as an opensource project.
And it is supposed to be a website
What you're describing sounds a lot like Bit Torrent.
You might be able to achieve this by uploading via a custom ISAPI filter (if you use IIS) -- all CGI implementations won't start to run your script until the request has completed, which makes sense, as you won't have been told all the values just yet, I'd suspect ISAPI may fall foul of this as well.
So, your next best bet is to write a custom HTTP server, that can handle the serving of files yet to finish uploading.
pipebytes.com I found it :)
