Is there away to install SyncedSideBar or something similar to that for Atom IDE ?
I used this one on my sublime text 3, and I was looking for the same plugin that will work for Atom.
I like how it auto highlight the current opened file
Any suggestions ?
You don't need any extra plugin for this. It there in the default tree plugin. Search for tree in packages
Click on settings and check the Auto Reveal checkbox
And now the active file will be automatically highlighted
Some of the themes may not highlight this properly, so you should change the theme and make sure it works. Sometimes after changing the settings you may need a restart, if it doesn't work

I'm using PhpStorm over 3 months and it's a good IDE. I do not know what I've clicked yesterday but since yesterday I have issue with code completion in CSS mainly.
On the screen I have VS Code and PhpStorm and also I've opened the same project.
In VS Code it works perfectly. In PhpStorm it doesn't. I tried some Google First Aid like clear cache, update the IDE, turn On/Off Safe mode etc. but nothing changed.
My Code Completion settings:
Based on your PhpStorm editor area screenshot (many thanks for that BTW: not many people do post it even if asked), all your CSS files are treated as a Plain Text. It's rather unlikely to be a glitch, more like accidental settings change.
Settings/Preferences | Plugins -- make sure that CSS plugin is enabled. If not -- enable and restart the IDE.
If still the same: Settings/Preferences | Editor | File Types -- locate "Cascading style sheet" entry and make sure that it has *.css pattern there.
If not there -- it's possible that you have somehow reassigned it to "Text" file type. If it's there -- just add *.css to Cascading style sheet patterns (it will remove it from Text when doing that).
If still nothing: you would need to provide more/new screenshots.
I have these lines around text and explanations popping up annoyingly.
Is there a way to turn these off?
I tried to look in settings and to adjust them but nothing works out.

White lines surrounding code like that are generally indicative of something like a code linter or other similar tool giving you an indication that there might be something wrong with the code (such as not following a code convention of some sort). The code explanation is a popup showing you the arguments and documentation for whatever function or method you're working on.
Both of these things are something that Sublime doesn't do on its own; you have installed a package of some sort that provides this capability.
If you were looking in the regular Sublime settings (Preferences.sublime-settings) for options that control this, they won't be there. In order to configure these away you would need to determine the package that you installed that's doing this and then configure that package not to do it or, if that's not possible, remove it.
If you use Preferences > Package Settings > Package Control > Settings - User from the menu, you can inspect the installed_packages setting to see what third party packages you installed and investigate which one of them is doing this.
Possible packages that do something like this would be Jedi or one of the Anaconda packages; essentially anything that says that it provides code support and assistance for Python is a candidate here.
Once you find the package in question, you can look in it's settings directly to see if you can turn the features you don't want off; failing that only removing the package will stop it from displaying these things.
These lines are called linting. Linting is the process of running a program that will analyse code for potential errors.
In sublime text it occurs usually because of some packages that you have installed...
In your case, it is actually the anaconda package and some other packages. It can be removed easily in a few simple steps.
In the sublime text window press ctrl+shift+P to open a command pallete and then type the name of the package. I typed anaconda because it is the one giving me these lintings so there will be an option Disable linting on this file. Just click on it, as shown in this picture .
Today I added Material Theme plugin to WebStorm and I believe this is the reason behind changelist not appearing on the sidebar.
To be precise, this is what happens in IntelliJ when I make change to a specific line of code and click on the yellow bar that appeared after I removed the semicolon:
The change I made can also be seen under VCS -> Local History -> Show History menu option, which shows the diff between the previous and current version of that file.
However, performing the same action in WebStorm doesn't show the changelist/diff on the sidebar:
which means that the only way I can see it is by going to VCS -> Local History -> Show History which is very tedious:
I found being able to quickly revert/lookup the changes on the fly by clicking on that coloured bar really handy, could someone tell me if there is a setting in the IDE that enables that? I looked up and down but couldn't find anything relevant, perhaps I wasn't looking for the right keyword.

Change markers are there for me when using Material UI plugin. Do you have Highlight modified lines in gutter enabled in Settings | Editor | General?
I want to change the look and feel of entire Webstorm editor. How can I add more themes in the Appearance section?
As of now it lists only 2 option, Default and Darcula.
The 'Theme' dropdown in your snapshot actually refers to Look & Feel in the Intellij/Webstorm parlance. This is also seen if you try doing a View -> Quick Switch Scheme :
Notice that the options in the above correspond to the 'Themes' dropdown in your snapshot.
I would imagine that creating a new Look&Feel would be a non-trivial task. This is somewhat substantiated by https://stackoverflow.com/a/27864988/325742:

was with dedicated graphic artists to create a whole suite of icons

Therefore, you may not find a lot of stuff out there that change the whole Look and Feel of a Jetbrains product (like IntelliJ or WebStorm).
However, the best place to look for it would be in the plugins section.

Note that, the complete appearance of Intellij changed when I installed this, however the plugins (I tried Material Theme UI) did not appear in the dropdown list.

This is just an editor color scheme and not a full fledged L&F plugin.
Download a color theme from there, then go to File -> Import Settings and choose the downloaded file after which you should see the following:

I checked my project into GIT support and after that there are marks in editor showing me places I changed in file relative to the last commit (I think). It really slows editor. How to turn this off? I can't find the specific option in settings.
There is no way to disable it except disabling the version control completely in Settings | Version Control.
If it slows down the editor (it shouldn't), please file a bug with a CPU snapshot.
