I have an error when starting whith crate.bat:

Work around in the meantime:
In crate.bat, replace
set CRATE_PARAMS=-Epath.home="%CRATE_HOME%"
by
set CRATE_PARAMS=-Cpath.home="%CRATE_HOME%"
and remove:

set param=!param:-C=-E!

I am setting up a foreign chroot environment to build for architectures other than amd64 from a GitLab CI image. Steps were mostly taken from https://www.hellion.org.uk/blog/posts/foreign-chroots-with-schroot-and-qemu/, except that I am skipping the schroot/sbuild part.

- apt-get -y install debootstrap qemu-user-static binfmt-support
- mkdir -p $CROSS_ROOT
- debootstrap --variant=buildd --include=fakeroot,build-essential --arch=$CROSS_ARCH --foreign $DISTRO $CROSS_ROOT $CROSS_MIRROR
- mkdir -p $CROSS_ROOT/usr/bin
- cp /usr/bin/qemu-arm-static $CROSS_ROOT/usr/bin/
- chroot $CROSS_ROOT ./debootstrap/debootstrap --second-stage
When I now try to run a command in the target environment like this:
chroot $CROSS_ROOT qemu-arm-static uname -a
the command exits with an error (nonzero exit status), but no error message is printed. It works, however, if I specify the path:
chroot $CROSS_ROOT qemu-arm-static /bin/uname -a
And it gives me the following output, which indicates I am running inside the armhf environment:

Oddly, the following works:
chroot $CROSS_ROOT qemu-arm-static /bin/bash -c "uname -a"
i.e. full path to bash, but no path for the command after -c.
Suspecting that there could be something wrong with $PATH, I ran:
chroot $CROSS_ROOT qemu-arm-static /bin/bash -c set
I get all of the GitLab-specific variables, as well as a bunch of others, including the following ones:
MACHTYPE=arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf
PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin
When I run
chroot $CROSS_ROOT qemu-arm-static /usr/bin/env
some variables (such as $MACHTYPE) are missing but $PATH is the same. So $PATH seems to be set correctly, and a diff of the outputs (after sorting) does not indicate anything that looks related – the extra variables for bash -c set look mostly bash-specific.

Because qemu-user is not a shell, it doesn't have code that would search the PATH. This is the piece of qemu-user code that opens executable image when it's started as in the examples that you give, and as you can see here exec_path comes directly from the command line.
On the other hand you can install qemu-user as a binfmt-misc handler, in which case the shell will do the PATH search and the kernel will invoke qemu-user with an open file descriptor of the executable file in the AT_EXECFD entry in the aux vectors.
When I type in the following command "dse gremlin-console" the system tries to start but then i get the following error:
Exception in thread "main" java.awt.AWTError: Asssitive Technology not found: org.GNOME.Accessibility.AtkWrapper
Do i need to update my Java version?
This is a known issue with Docker images that should be eventually fixed.
The linked issue has 2 workarounds:
Install openjdk-8-jdk into Docker image after it's started
Disable assistive technologies for OpenJDK with something like this:

I installed zabbix-sender but when execute zabbix-sender i get command not found.

I understand why does this happen! I remove Zabbix-sender and install again. when using Zabbix-sender -z Zabbix -s db1 -k mysql[Uptime] -o 1540 -vv there is no problem and working but after execute prel MySQL-check.pl root password then Zabbix-sender it seems to be removed. Does anyone know why? I using this template link

I'm trying to get gnome-terminal to work in codelite under
setting > preferences > terminal
I tried
gnome-terminal -x '$(CMD)'
but it gives me the following error
Failed to execute child process "/bin/sh -f /usr/lib/codelite/codelite_exec ./program" (No such file or directory)
I'm running Linux Mint 18.
Solution is to run
sudo update-alternatives --config x-terminal-emulator
from a terminal and select
/usr/bin/gnome-terminal.wrapper
as default terminal.
CodeLite uses x-terminal-emulator. So as long as you define x-terminal-emulator to point to the correct terminal it will work.

I just came across this problem after upgrading to CodeLite 10.0 from the CodeLite repository. The problem occurs because CodeLite is now installing things in different directories - namely codelite_xterm and codelite_exec, which are now installed to /usr/bin/.
For me, on Ubuntu 16.10, I found the easiest solution was to change Settings > Preferences > Terminal to:
/usr/bin/codelite_xterm '$(TITLE)' '$(CMD)'
You can then run:
sudo update-alternatives --config x-terminal-emulator
to select the terminal you wish to use (the default on Ubuntu 16.10 is gnome-terminal, so you won't have to run the last command if you're happy with gnome-terminal).
I need to rebuild an apache server, but the original source is no longer available. Is there any way ( command line switch to httpd? ) to get the build options which were originally used?
Try -V which "Print the version and build parameters of httpd, and then exit."

I re-compiled apache 2.4.3 recently and change the MPM from worker to prefork, what you have to do if you still keep your original compiled directory without ran "make distclean" (if you ran "make clean" it still OK). You can use the SAME configure option to re-configure by exec ./config.status or you can find and copy './configure' from ./config.status (yes, all the original options that you used to run configure still there).
