I built this site http://danielleandsteven.wedding/ and it loads fine in most browsers. In Safari, I get a lot of errors that it cant load resources and the my-app elem is empty.
A quick glance of the list of 404 resources- it looks like some of them are for nonexistent components and others are in /bower_components/ but its looking for them in the base directory.
I tried it on Edge 15 and I got
Object doesn't support property or method 'call'.
You could add the Babel Polyfills?
https://babeljs.io/docs/usage/polyfill/
it adds some basic function that babel code may depend on - and as you probably served transpiled ES5 code (with babel) to those browsers it might be your problem.

i am trying to use nuxt-image on NUXT3, but it seems it doesn't work with the generate command. Images work during dev, but get a 404 when using nuxt generate.
in my nuxt config i have
modules: ["#nuxt/image-edge"],
image: {
dir: "assets/images",
},
then in my files i have
<NuxtImg
format="webp"
class="mobile"
src="/website/home/above-fold-illustration-mobile.png"
alt="illustration"
aria-hidden="true"
/>
So i am wondering if anyone else had a problem or if this is just a compatibility issue with nuxt-image and nuxt3 generate
this is not yet supported, waiting on https://github.com/nuxt/image/pull/614
Reading this part of the documentation
For static provider, if images weren't crawled during generation (unreachable modals, pages or dynamic runtime size), changing dir from static causes 404 errors.
There are other few bugs if you change dir to something else than static apparently.
Can't you stick to static? Will probably avoid you quite some issues IMO.
I run into a Problem with vueJS at version 2.6.11 and Safari version 12 and 13.
On some pages of the webapp the vue watchers are not initalizing correctly, appearently because of a race-condition inside the vue initalization.
The error results in, that on some pages of the Webapp, none of the v-if bindings and stuff like this works anymore.
Currently on version 2.6.11 i even do not get an error. Luckily on an older version (don't remember exactly which one it was), i got an console error which leaded me to:
this.getter.call(vm, vm);
in vue/src/core/observer/watcher.js:106
with the error string does not match the expected pattern
setting breakpoints to this part of the code, when the exception appeared, and running this.getter.call(vm, vm); again using the browser console, results in a working page after the rendering is finished. So it seems to be because of a race-condition i guess ?
This part of the code is called multiple times during the app initalization.
this.getter is using the function function (){e._update(e._render(),n)} (minified), when the error appears.
Anyone encountered the same issue, and/or knows a fix for this problem ?
I've performed an update from typo3 4.7.20 to 6.2.15. The process worked fine and there were no critical errors while running the install tool.
The frontend looks fine but the backend is broken:
I've removed all uncompatible extensions before I run the update. I've also checked all settings in the installationtool und deleted the temp/cache folder first.
I've got the feeling that the error is caused by the TemplaVoila! extension, I'm using v. 1.9.8. Firebug does not shows any error.
Does anyone had a similar problem and have already solved it?
Thank you very much!
I have come across this one multiple times. More often it is because there is a broken TBE_STYLES. I suggest you look around for $TBE_STYLES in your typo3conf folder and disable it for the time being. Most likely it will be in the extTables.php or some other file which is included dynamically.
seems BE is working, but you css does not got loaded.
check your 'web inspecter' to see if you get errors on loading CSS.
clear your cache (remove everything in typo3temp) and try again
When using Jasmine in a Rails project, to keep the dependencies consistent in my Jasmine specs, I want to pull jquery from a cdn as is done on the real page. I try to do that like so, in my Jasmine.yml file:
helpers:
- http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.9.1.js
However, this never works, as when viewing the source of the localhost:8888 I get:
<script src="/__spec__/http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.9.1.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
How do you this correctly?
as answered in https://github.com/pivotal/jasmine-gem/issues/135
I wrote a helper to load external javascripts. It's not the best solution (i would prefer config file use) but it works for me.
var head = document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0];
var jQueryScript = document.createElement('script');
jQueryScript.setAttribute('type', 'text/javascript');
jQueryScript.setAttribute('src', '//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.9.1/jquery.min.js');
head.appendChild(jQueryScript);
#emrox's answer is correct and works for jasmine 2.0.
However in jasmine 2.1.3 it doesn't. This is due to the fact that when the tests are run(i'm using Chutzpah) "http:" isn't pre-pended to the CDN reference. It is in version 2.0 of jasmine.
The fix I implemented that worked involved the following line of code:
jQueryScript.setAttribute('src',
'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.9.1/jquery.min.js');
Hopefully this helps someone before they decide to downgrade to 2.0!
Issue 135 made it so you can list CDN entries in your jasmine.yml file. e.g.
src_files:
- http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.0/jquery.js
- http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.11.2/jquery-ui.min.js
- lib/javascript/**/*.js
I recently took on a project built on XUL (standalone, using xulrunner) - However I can't get it to properly run.
I'm getting this error when I attempt to start it using the command line (xulrunner.exe ../application.ini -jsconsole):
No chrome package registered for chrome://case_scenario_builder/content/case_scenario_builder.xul
The chrome.manifest file looks like this:
content case_scenario_builder file:chrome/case_scenario_builder/content/ contentaccessible=yes
content jslib jar:chrome/jslib.jar!/
skin case_scenario_builder skin file:chrome/case_scenario_builder/skin/
locale case_scenario_builder en-US chrome/case_scenario_builder/locale/en-US/
Any ideas on where I could start debugging?
I figured it out!
In case anyone else runs into this as well:
It was due to the caching system in place by default and the use of .jar containers instead of folders.
The XUL environment had cached both JS and XUL files - and even after disabling those, I had to extract everything that was in the .jar file to the content folder and update the chrome.manifest file.
Thanks for your suggestions on debugging! - they helped the process.
I guess your manifest just isn't getting loaded. To test that I'd introduce an intentional syntax error and check the error console. E.g. if you put
asdfasd
on its own line, you should get a Warning: Ignoring unrecognized chrome manifest directive 'asdfasd'. in the Error console.
(Note to other experts: initially I wanted to suggest dropping 'file:' prefix and avoiding underscores in the package name, but I tested it on a Firefox nightly, and it works fine.)
Your chrome package clearly didn't get registered. From what I can tell, the reason is the bogus file: prefix, you should drop it when specifying relative paths:
content case_scenario_builder chrome/case_scenario_builder/content/ contentaccessible=yes
Btw, I suspect that you copied contentaccessible=yes from somewhere - you should drop it as well unless you know what it does.
