I have a line like this:
->orFilterWhere(['LIKE', 'LOWER(components.no_cas)', $cas])
$cas is array with 1 to n elements, and at the moment the search is not working properly. Is there a way to use orFilterWhere with an array, or I have to use foreach loop?
If it is in ModelSearch - yes, just try to add
$query:->orFilterWhere(['Like', 'LOWER(components.no_cas)', this->$cas])
->andFilterWhere(['or like', 'LOWER(components.no_cas)', $cas])

I got a problem with a specific database where some tags from a user profile are stored as a String data type, and so far I have not figured out how to fetch data from this one.
Example String:
{"watch_intro": "Gifts from my family.", "favorite_brands_styles": ["Fossil","Tudor","Omega"]}
I am looking to query into this field and get something like below:
'Fossil, Tudor, Omega'
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Nevermind, found the answer:
array_to_string(PARSE_JSON(EXTRA_INFO):"favorite_brands_styles",', ') AS fav_brands
I have tried every where all examples I came across but still have the same problem error 'htmlentities() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given'
I need to select count from the database and would like to use the raw select as i will have more flexibility on it but any point towards the right direction will be appreciated here is what i have been doing'
$totalOpen = DB::table('dam')
->select(array('dam.*', DB::raw('COUNT(dam.mivisjobid) as followers')))
->join('miviswf','miviswf.mivisid','=','dam.mivisjobid')
->whereRaw( 'miviswf.mivisid=dam.mivisjobid')
->whereIn('miviswf.Status', $inputIds) // pass an array
->orderBy('miviswf.datetimesubmitted', 'ASC');'
and i get this error 'htmlentities() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given (View: '
Try with this, don't use array inside the select method
->select('dam.*', DB::raw('COUNT(dam.mivisjobid) as followers'))
for reference:
https://laravel.com/docs/5.2/queries#selects
This worked fine
DB::table(' dam')
->count();
I'm creating some tests with JMeter, the situation is very simple, I have a search page with a list of results, and I have to retrieve from this results some values to use in the next request.
Those results are around 350, I don't need them all.
I used the RegexExtractor to retrieve those results and it works (I setted it to retrieve just 10 results), but now I don't know how to access the results inside a LoopCounter.
The extractor put the results into a variable named Result.
The problem is that I don't know hot to build dinamically the name of a variable.
Do I have to use some function like _p()??
I can access the variable just putting the static name Result_0_g1
Inside the LoopCounter I putted also a Counter to store the loop count into the variable index
Thank you
EDIT:
SOLVED I have to write:
${__V(Result_${index}_g1)
You have to reference the variable with the function:
${__V(Result_${index}_g1)
...Just for collection.
See also this post for another implementation (case without using ForEach Controller):
ThreadGroup
HttpSampler
Regex Extractor (variableName = links)
WhileController(${__javaScript(${C} < ${links_matchNr})})
HTTPSampler use ${__V(links_${C})} to access the current result
Counter (start=1, increment=1, maximum=${links_matchNr}, referenceName=C)
Use the ForEach Controller - it's specifically designed for this purpose and does exactly what you want.
You may use ForEach Controller:
ThreadGroup
YourSampler
Regular Expression Extractor (match -1, any template)
Foreach controller
Counter(Maximum -> ${Result_matchNr} , Rf Name -> index)
LinkSamplerUsingParsedData(use -> ${__V(Result_${index}_g1)}
Now, if you want to iterate to all groups, you need another foreach to do that. As you know which group represent what value, you can use this way.
I have a collection of elements :
$products_asc =Model::factory('product')->sale($sale_id)->category($category_id)->order_by('product_id', 'asc')->find_all();
and I want to make a next-previous navigator into this elements. (of course, for getting the previous ones I will have a $products_desc ordering)
My problem is: I want to make a function having the signature:
public function get_next_product($category, $sale, $id_product)
that will always give me the next product id. but I don't know how to do it. How exactly can i get the next element of the collection having only all the elements sorted ascending by the :
$products_asc =Model::factory('product')->sale($sale_id)->category($category_id)->order_by('product_id', 'asc')->find_all();
i have found the solution - for those who may also be in need:
$previous = Model::factory('product')->sale($sale_id)->order_by('product_id','desc')->where('product_id', '<', $id)->find();
$next = Model::factory('product')->sale($sale_id)->where('product_id', '>', $id)->find();
Database_Result is a kind of Iterator object. Why dont use next($products_asc) and prev($products_asc) functions?
"Method 'Boolean Contains(System.String)' has no supported translation to SQL."
query is IsQueryable but this stopped working:
foreach (string s in collection1)
{
if (s.Length > 0)
{
query = query.Where(m => m.collection2.Contains(s));
}
}
UPDATE: it works when i make query "ienumerable" instead of iqueryable. What would be the way to get same result using linq instead of iterating through loop?
Try this:
query = query.Where(m => m.collection2.ToList().Contains(s));
^^^^^^^^
Take a look at this answer from stackoverflow.
It looks like the resulting query would need access to something that the database
has no way of reaching, because the info is in memory.
Since m.collection2 is in the database, don't use Contains. Use Any
m.collection2.Any(x => x == s)
It looks like the error you are seeing is coming from the collection collection 2. Have you tried wrappering the m.collection2 in another function which returns true or false? Is this LINQ syntax?
