So let me try to explain what i want. I search a lot on the internet but i did not find. So i want an hyper-visor bare-metal. All i want is something like Vmware but to be installed on bare-metal, not on some platform host.
I find Xenserver but you cannot access the interface of virtual machines from the same machine. (You should use Xencenter to access it).
I do not have two machines, and i want to know if somebody have an idea about some technology.
So, seems like you do not have any restrictions about technologies and hypervisors providers , I can advise you then to use Hyper-v of Microsoft but to use it as a bare-metal hypervisor you should install Windows Server (or the System Center Manager) before, then activate the Hyper-v role on it and Reboot.. here is a tuto , check it maybe that will help you : http://www.altaro.com/hyper-v/install-hyper-v-bare-metal/

I'm searching for way to start my own project
I wanna build a mobile os based on netbsd
I will use netbsd ARM kernel to make my own SoC
Os could you give a resources and tools to get started
Have a look at http://www.NetBSD.org - the homepage of the NetBSD project has many ressources, starting from how to install the operating system over rebuilding and customizing. General Unix knowledge will help you, depending on what you want to do.
For detailled, in-depth technical questions I recommend using the NetBSD mailing lists, for which there is also an archive at http://mail-index.NetBSD.org.
Check DeforaOS project (www.defora.org) and also this:

Is there an Aerospike tool that's similar to Redis Desktop Manager in that it can go into a host and view/edit the entries/records that's stored just on that server?
aql, which is a native Aerospike tool, is like sql, which obviously doesn't have this functionality.
You have AMC, a GUI management console, but it is not a data browser. Early stage projects and community contributions are often promoted in Launchpad, so you should look there.
Sounds like a good community contribution, if you're up for it.

Please suggest some good tool / software / application for managing test cases for an internet software product. Requirements:
should not be too expensive
should preferably be on an online platform (but desktop app too is okay!)
should support custom fields to classify / categorize test cases according to various dimensions like product module, persona etc.
It can be something that you use(d) in your organization or something you know of.
We are using informUp which is a test case management. we are using it as hosed solution but you can install the server on your site. it is simple but yet powerfull and allow customzied the fields. we are using it for bugs as well but you can use it only for tests cases. we are very satisfied with it

1.server-client architecture. all users sync(submit or checkout) documents from one local server(linux server, not windows).
2.with windows and linux client. the client will save all documents synced from the server locally. So when the users goe to places where they can not connect to the server, they still can view and edit their own copy of documents.
users commit their changes, the dms solve the conflicts like "git" or "svn". but great and complicated version control system is not needed.
client should have fulltext search features.
At last, i wonder what document management system do those system administrators use.
Thanks
Finally, i determine to use mailing list to store documents.
(1)we all members of our team can sync docs from server.
(2)we can keep docs in series, so easy to maintain
(3)we can find all clients all though those platforms, like linux, windows, mac os x etc

is there any tool that can produce me simple application something like access
but without the need for access or open office to be installed
some thing that will save the data in real stand alone executable file with embedded simple db for non programmers.
I believe Filemaker does what you want. It's not free, however you could always download the trial and see if it fits.
If you are familiar with Access, you should look into compiling it into a standalone app using the Access runtime. Here's a thread on it.
Bear in mind that non-programmers will be quite limited in what they'll be able to accomplish, so calling this "rapid application development" is probably way overstating things.
