This sounds like a network timeout as installations from the Eclipse Marketplace seem to work fine now.
Since you're trying to install 6.1, I suggest that you'll simply try again with the latest version, available to download from here: IBM Worklight - Where to find previous releases

SonarLint connected mode error in IntelliJ IDEA

I am using IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition (version 2016.2), I installed the SonarLint plugin and when I try to connect to a SonarQube server I get this error: "The following plugins do not meet the required minimum versions, please upgrade them: php (installed: 2.6, minimum: 2.7)".
I searched for a PHP plugin in IntelliJ but I couldn't find any.
Is it some compatibility issue with the latest IntelliJ versions?
The PHP plugin needs to be updated in the SonarQube server to which you are connecting, not in Intellij.
You can find it here: https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/PLUG/SonarPHP

IBM Worklight Failing to start

Configuration: Eclipse (Juno) 4.2.2
IBM Worklight version: 6.2.0.01
Java version:
java version "1.7.0_71"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_71-b14)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.71-b01, mixed mode)
JDK: jdk1.7.0_71.jdk
Java Compiler: 1.7
My worklight studio was previously working and suddenly stops working after I had to force quit my eclipse. Even after reinstallation of the plugins, the error still recurs.
Here's a screenshot of the initial error log before 'Worklight server failed to start' and 'Failed to deploy application in the worklight server'. Any help to fix this issue will be deeply appreciated. Worklight studio issues like this is starting to get frustrating.
I uninstalled java from my mac. Reinstalled Java (JDK & JRE), new Eclipse (Juno 4.2.2) -> Then installed IBM Worklight Studio plugin. Figured it was the problem with Java as it was throwing the java exception 'unable to read the manifest'. Probably there was some issue after updating to Yosemite.
I had the same problem. You need to set correct IP for Worklight server. It doesn't work with "localhost" or "*".
It looks Java EE got corrupted somehow,
So as suggested the best approach would be to use a fresh Eclipse instance with a new plug-in installation and a new workspace as well. This way it makes sure everything is fresh and new.

How to resolve this error?
It took longer than usual, but I managed to install Worklight Developer Edition from the Eclipse Marketplace in Eclipse Java EE 4.3.1 ("Kepler" SR1).
I think the connection to the repository is just especially slow right now.
There is nothing to do other than waiting and retrying...

Error installing Spring IDE 3.4.0 plugin with Eclipse Kepler: Will not be installed (Spring IDE Roo Support)

I am trying to install the plugin for Spring IDE (3.4.0) using Eclipse Marketplace for Eclipse Kepler (4.3). It is giving the error 'Will not be installed (Spring IDE Roo Support)'.
I also checked the compatibility of Spring IDE version 3.4.0 with Eclipse Kepler 4.3, and it is compatible. Any ideas on how to complete the installation?
Thank you
Prachi
It seems there is some errors on versions 3.4.0 and 4.3.0 (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/spring-tool-suite-sts-eclipse-kepler-43).
Yoy could try latest releases from http://spring.io/tools/eclipse, or install STS http://spring.io/tools/sts (imho STS is the best option).
I had the same problem. It seemed to get hung in the provisioning step (83%). I installed the STS and same problem... but I waited a little longer this time and it was successful. This gave me everything I was expecting in the IDE plugin
I am just trying from https://github.com/spring-projects/sts4/wiki/Installation using Neon 2. I have had to stop and start it over and over.

Make sure you are using one of these supported versions of Eclipse (for Worklight):
Eclipse Java EE 4.2.2 ("Juno" SR2)
Eclipse Java EE 4.3.1 ("Kepler" SR1)
I have used Eclipse Java EE 4.2.2 in Windows 7 as well, and installed Worklight via the Eclipse Marketplace (Help > Eclipse Marketplace > search for "worklight"). The installation finished successfully.
You either have a network issue, or the service was just temporary unavailable. Everything seems to be working OK now. In other words - try again.
