In 3 servers, the SSL configuration it's working, but in the last serv, i've got the next error:
Unable to configure verify locations for client authentication.

I am currently setting up a CAS server in a local network which will have to authenticate users belonging to ldap directories so that they can then connect to a web server.
A Windows Server 2019 Active Directory is the gateway to the WAN.
Environment:
Windows Server 2019 with Active Directory and DHCP, routing and DNS installed which make the link between the WAN and the LAN; IP: 192.168.100.10
LDAP Server on Centos 7 on the LAN registred on the Active Directory (no ssl certificate generated); IP: 192.168.100.50
CAS Server on Debian 11 on the LAN (no ssl certificate generated for tomcat and cas); IP: 192.168.100.101
All pinging between each other;
I'm following this process to install and configure the cas server:

After the copy of the war file generated in /var/lib/tomcat9/webapps/; i restart tomcat9 service.
The problem is that i can't access the cas address:
erreur_acces_site
When i check the status of Tomcat service, i got this error:
error_tomcat_service_status
Can anyone enlighten me? I can't see what's going wrong.
Moreover, if someone has a detailed procedure, which describes the environment and the prerequisites, recent and educational to install a CAS server for Centos 7, I am strongly interested

When I remove the CAS dependencies in build.gradle and LDAP authentication config in cas.properties, I can access the CAS login screen.

When I perform apt install phpmyadmin, I don't get any alert message regarding SSL. However when I try to update phpmyadmin, I get an alert message:
SSL is not used
How to keep SSL protection?
P.S. - I have an HTTPS connection with my domain.com.

I could install successfully XAMPP 7.2.26-0 on MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.5. The problem is that I cannot start Apache:
In the server events, I see this:

UPDATE 1
Since I am not interested in ProFTPD, I am only trying to start Apache Web Server and this is what I see in the server events:

/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/apache2/scripts/ctl.sh : httpd started
That would make me think that Apache Web Server started successfully. Nonetheless, I still see its status as "Stopped".

I do not know if here where I have to put my question or not. I really need help. it's been three days i'm trying to configure SSL in openstack with httpd but i fail, i've followed redhat documentation Configuring Secured Deployment (HTTPS) with my own setup but when i restart httpd service i get some errors below :

Currently I have a master and agent working on separate Centos 6.5 VMs. I would like to be able to configure my own master as I will be tearing down and making a new master every time.
How can I get puppet agent --test --noop to work on my master machine as well?
Currently I receive an error:
Error: Could not request certificate: 502 "Proxy Error ( The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. )"
SSL requests seem to be setup for port 443. Any thoughts?
