Graph API /threads messages usage limitations - api

With regards of using the /threads object from Graph API I want to know if a public figure account has some limitation regarding the amount of received messages / day and to know if a Facebook application that reads them using /threads has limitation to access the entire list.
Suppose I develop an app used by a public figure that would receive 500k(or above) messages a day. Can I access all the messages (using a paging technique, of course)? Is there any chance to have the account removed or app disabled because of extensive usage of messages? If there is a need to pay for an account (and-or application) with such a usage, where do I find the pricing list?

Google Workspace Migrate Gmail API Limit

I'm using Google's Workspace Migrate tool to move Gmail data for users from one Workspace domain to another. After about 10 minutes, Gmail message migrations stop with an error saying "Quota exceeded for quota metric 'Queries' and limit 'Queries per minute per user" of service "gmail.googleapis.com' for [Google Cloud project number]."
I don't see in Google Cloud that I'm actually hitting any limits. I don't have the ability to throttle API requests as I'm using a tool provided by Google. Do "free" Google Cloud projects have different limits than "paid" projects?
I'm expecting Google's tool to work as advertised. I have a case open with their support, but I'm not getting anywhere fast when it comes to a solution.
Hello 👋 Not sure if you already got an answer to this, but I recommend checking the Quotas page on GCP to see your current usage. You can access that here. Search for the "Queries per minute per user" metric for the Gmail API and look at your "Seven-day peak usage percentage". A note, though, since your question was posted more than seven days ago, you might need to rerun a migration to see your current usage.
Regarding your question about the limit for "free projects", I can't really help there. I can tell you that on our project (which has a billing account attached), we have the limit set to 15,000.
You can always ask Google to increase your quota if you're not getting enough for your use case.

API Whatsapp to send messages from an external application

I want to implement Whatsapp
to send information from an external application. The idea is to use this

There is a way through which you can send WhatsApp message from your self created application. Use this link Chat API.
But it only provides 3 days trail period and after that you have to purchase it.
The process in that is, you have to register with your google account, then scan the QR code provided(which changes after every 45 seconds). and you are set to go, they will provide you the API for : PHP, Node.JS, Jquery, CURL.
One thing more you always have to keep your phone connected with the internet everytime.
Also I found a drawback in that, i.e. they also provide API to read messages, but it is too slow, as in my condition I can see my messages of yesterday but not of today.

Podio API limit

I am working on one product which is fetching all the organization/workspace and app details of the customer. The customer can refresh them any time.
So let’s say I have one customer who has 100 applications across multiple workspaces so around it is making around 110 calls to get each application detail, workspace details and organizations.
Now if that customer refreshed the applications multiple times like 10 times in an hour so the action only for that is 1000 API calls. If I have 50 such users active and doing this thing then it will be something 50000.
AFAIK I can not make so many API calls in an hour so how to handle this scenario. I know a lot of applications are doing such things so want to understand how everyone is handling this.
If you need a higher rate limit, I would encourage you to contact Podio support and ask specifically for what you need. We have internal guidelines for evaluating these kinds of requests and may increase the limit for your user and client ID if appropriate.
In general, though, I would expect your app to implement some kind of batching, transient storage, and/or caching layers, especially if your customers are interacting with Podio exclusively or primarily through your system.

Summary:
The general limit is 5,000 API calls per hour, but if the API call is marked as "Rate limited" in the API reference the call is deemed resource intensive and a lower rate of 1000 calls per hour is enforced. If you hit the rate limits the API will begin returning 420 HTTP error codes for all API calls. Rate limits are per user per API key.

Avoid making API requests inside loops. Instead of fetching individual objects inside a loop, fetch a collection of objects in one API operation. E.g. filter items
Cache results whenever possible. This is especially true when you are displaying data to the public (i.e. every sees the same output).

Bundle responses with "fields" parameter
You might want to build an API proxy app; you would need a messaging queue and a rate limiter. This would lets you keep track of the api calls consumptions across apps and users.
Also worth noting: some API routes are more expensive than others if they are more resource intensive on the Podio side… The term in use is rate-limited: rate limited api route are bound to 1k calls an hours, so in effect costs 5 times as much as regular routes.

Skydrive sync REST API

I have read the docs for SkyDrive REST APIs but didn't find any API using which i can sync with the SkyDrive, without recursive polling the folders for update check.
Is there any API to get only the update for a user Drive?

Never the less I can say with a high level of confidence that the official REST API for Skydrive doesn't include a way of getting a list of updated documents for synchronization purposes.
Furthermore I didn't see any evidence of a non-supported/non-official API that would serve this purpose and by observing the way the Windows Client for SkyDrive interacts with the server (within limit of fair-use reverse engineering), it appears that the synchronization is done by reviewing the directory tree rather than getting a differential list.
I believe the closes you can go is: Get a list of the user's most recently used documents
To get a list of SkyDrive documents that the user has most recently
used, use the wl.skydrive scope to make a GET request to
/USER_ID/skydrive/recent_docs, where USER_ID is either me or the user
ID of the consenting user. Here's an example.

Azure number of instance and bandwidth usage

I would like to know how to find badwith usage and number of instance for azure. Is these features available in azure api ?
Bandwidth usage no. It is only tracked in billing and that currently has no open API. You can track bandwidth usage yourself if you funnel every request thru programmable API that can capture the size of data they're pushing out. (Incoming data is now free).
Number of instances, yes. Two ways to do this:
