Hi I have a popular blog built with WordPress, Google used to index new posts fairly quickly, at least within 12 hours, but now it's not indexing new posts before more than 2 days, anything I can do to make it faster? I am concerned because some of the posts are news so they quickly lose their value if not indexed.

As i said 'Patience is the key to success.'

Sign up here (Google Webmastertool) and submit your sitemap (again).

Good morning,
We have a website with over 8 million detail pages.
Currently the format looks like this:
https://example.com/video/my-dummy-slug-kx97d69c87rd5
I don't know if it's important to keep this format or to do like what Youtube & Dailymotion do, don't use a slug but just the ID, which will give:
https://example.com/video/kx97d69c87rd5
What would be the impact and why large and bulky websites like Youtube & Dailymotion have chosen not to use slugs.
Thank you for your feedback.

I would like to add the "link" tag to my site with "author" attribute.
Generally it could be useful to insert a g+ profile link, but is it a good idea to put, instead a profile, a g+ page? Or in this way I've not benefits of add this tag?
I can't tell whether Google accepts a page instead of a profile,
but I can tell you that the Google Webmastertools offer a way to try it:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets
Insert your URL or HTML and give it a try.
I have the page in german, but you'll get a green "author successful" message if it works,
it will display your profile link and name.

we all have heard about benefits of microblogs but what if we have a microblog and want to boost it's SEO?
the biggest problem in microblogs is keywords are not related to each other and each topic has a small amount of related keywords.
for example if we have a microblog that has short tips about all fields in computer sience, and a blog that publish articles in this field too.
the outlined blog has a better chance to be appeared in SERP, instead the underlined microblog has no chance because of it's limited keywords.
am i right and what is the SEO solution for these microblogs?
In theory, blog with more keywords can rank better than microblog with few keywords because there is more content on blog.
For many seo addicts, content is king! No matter support of website, the most important is having always more content (and thus keywords).
In my opinion, blog is more powerful in seo than microblog.

I need to know how stackoverflow's questiones appear on google search result very fast I know what are points google consider to rank some title but I think the architecture of design is important because they appear very fast after some minutes I ask a question and I have been seen it in google result just in a minute. what is the secret ?
Is there any relation between asp.net-mvc web application with that or not asp.net application could be fast in google result.
This Pro Webmasters questions covers this. It basically boils down to having lots of fresh content and quality links.

I'd like to know if listing a set of partner sites/blogs is useful for the pagerank growth.
Does Google see it as an incorrect act? I read somewhere that if people exchange links, google seeks it and marks as a bad technique.
If it doesn't matter, is the content of the linked site relevant?
That's called Link farming and it is a really bad SEO tecnique.
If you link to another page for SEO purposes, keep links relevant and in a way that are interesting to the readers.
