Cannot uninstall or update the CLI - ibm-mobilefirst

I am running Worklight 6.2 on Mac. I downloaded the latest fix from fix-central (6.2.0.0-WL-CLI-IF201408251637.zip). When I wanted to install the new version of the CLI, the installer got stuck around 33%. So after that I tried to uninstall the current installed version. The uninstall shows the uninstall dialog, but gets stuck at 0%. How can I get around this problem?
Thank you.

I deleted the complete /Applictions/IBM/Worklight-CLI directory. After that the installation of the new version succeeded.

Erlang wont start. Unable to load emulator (beam.smp.dll)

I had Erlang 21.2 installed as I am using RabbitMQ (3.7.10), this is on Windows 10. I wanted to upgrade to a later version RabbitMQ (3.9.15), so I uninstalled 21.2 and installed 24.3.3. But after upgrading RabbitMQ I cant run RabbitMQ.
When trying to start I get the following error:
Unable to load emulator DLL
(C:\Program Files\erl-24.3.3\erts-12.3.1\bin\beam.smp.dll)
I thought this might be an issue with RabbitMQ and have uninstalled and reinstalled both Erlang and RabbitMQ multiple times now with no change.
I decided to try run Erlang manually from C:\Program Files\erl-24.3.3\erts-12.3.1\bin\ but when I run '.\erl.exe' I get the same error.
Taking Luke's advice we downloaded 24.3.4 and ran the installer. We also re-ticked the box to install windows binaries even though it said they were already present.
Not sure which of those two things actually fixed the issue but after that Erlang started successfully.

Running Big Commerce's Stencil CLI on Windows 10

I can not get Stencil to run for the life of me. I am using NVM to mange my version of node - I tried both 10.16 and 10.19.
I have reinstalled Stencil 2 or 3 times now and ever time I get the same error:
WTF? Has anyone got this to successfully run on a Windows 10 machine? We originally had node 13.9 installed but I was getting the same errors so I figured it was because it was outside their "approved" versions. I spoke to their customer support and they told me that it should work with newer version but that they can't give it proper approval until it's goes through some process.
So I can't get this to work on any version......
Any help would be very much appreciated!
Before installing nvm was a previous version of node installed? You'll need to uninstall nvm and node before installing nvm which can cause this. You can confirm which version of node is installed using node --version

Redhawk IDE will not display Components

When I launch the REDHAWK IDE via Eclipse, I cannot see the installed components (SigGen, fastFilter, etc). I can see the components just fine if I use the command line to create a project. I'm convinced it has to be a path or variable issues, but I just don't know what to reconfigure.
I'm using REDHAWK Version 2.1.0 and on CentOS7
OSSIEHOME is set to the /usr/local/redhawk/core
SDRROOT is set to /var/redhawk/sdr
Any suggestions?
I found a solution by reinstalling and including every Redhawk package that I could find using "yum list redhawk*"
I have the same problem and it turns out I was using a Java version higher than 8 which is not supported by RedHawk. Make sure you use Java 8 to launch the IDE otherwise it does not work. Submitted a DR but because JDK8 still supported they do not feel the need to fix it.
I followed the official installation instructions for RedHawk 2.3.0 on Centos 7.9 and had this same issue, I fixed it by opening a terminal in the Redhawk installation directory and running
sudo yum install redhawk-basic-components-2.3.0-5.el7.x86_64.rpm
After which the components appeared in the IDE without a restart

Installing Apache Cordova

I'm new to this of Apache Cordova. I'm trying to follow the documentation but cannot understand it very well. It says that for prerequisite I need to install the correspondant SDK. I did install Android Studio. then downloaded the Node.js and then tried to run the installation but it doesn't start I don't understand why it doesn't start. There is another things that I need to do so it starts installing?
Any help will be great. Thanks!
I think the clue is in the message -- just run the command npm install -g cordova from the normal DOS command prompt.
first of all you have to install 1)node.js 2)apache ANT 3) Java JDK & JRE 4) Android SDk & Eclipse and then after all installation you have to set this all software path into environmental- variable. and then fire your npm install -g cordova. without this all software installation and there path setup your phoneGap application will not created. and still you have any confusion and any question related software installation and there path setup then again tell me i will help you.
First and foremost, you want to install Node.js in order to get the 'npm' commands to work.
https://nodejs.org/download/release/latest/
You can download the latest version of Node.js from there... I was on a Mac, so I did the .pkg download. Install the appropriate one for your development machine.
After that, the 'npm' commands for Cordova will work. Hope this at least gets you started! :)

Intellij apparently not getting installed, not running

i have a 32 bit Fedora 14 machine and I am trying to install IntellIJ IDEA on it, I used the package manager to install it. Along with that installation, also Eclipse and Groovy got installed.
Then I tried to install a new version of JDK but it didnt allow me to do so because of conflict with an older version of JRE, So I removed the JRE older version and installed JDK.
Then I have been noticing that IntelliJ refuses to run, I uninstalled and reinstalled and checked several times, but it just refuses to start, Then I opened a terminal and typed intell, hoping that the terminal would complete it for me, and I could launch the program from the command line, but no it said "intellIj:Command not found", whereas the same thing does not happen with Eclipse or Groovy.
I have tried restarting the machine several times, uninstalled and then reinstalled the packages several times, but nothing seems to work. I am not sure whether Intellij is getting installed or not, but the Package Manager does not show any error while the software is being installed. Any ideas as to why this is happening, and how to get around this problem?
You should try to install it manually by just extracting tgz file downloaded from producer website. Then you start IDE by launching IDEA_DIRECTORY/bin/idea.sh
