Which namespace should I use for my Asp.NET MVC 4 beta Filters?

I am trying to implement a global exception handler in Asp.NET MVC 4 beta. As I understand it I am supposed to implement an IExceptionFilter and add that to the filters collection. However I was unable to make it work when using the System.Web.Mvc.IExceptionFilter. Am I supposed to use that one, or is the System.Web.Http.Filters.IExceptionFilter (and related classes) the ones I should be using?
Asking another way:
Should I be adding filters to the GlobalConfiguration.Configuration.Filters or GlobalFilters.Filters?
System.Web.Http namespace completely belongs to ASP.NET Web API framework, not ASP.NET MVC.
As for the registration point, you need to add them into GlobalFilters.Filters collection.
So after getting some pointers from #tugberk, I realize my mistake. I was basically asking for the wrong thing. What I wanted was to be able to add filters for an ASP.NET Web API service, not add them for an mvc application.
I made this error thinking they were one and the same. I guess I must have read som of what was said about moving these things together the wrong way.
In any case. I should be using the System.Web.Http namespace for my case, which means adding to the GlobalConfiguration.Configuration.Filters collection.
I found a rather nice weblog showing a basic implementation of some of what I want to accomplish. Maybe it can help somebody else.

Creating a proxy for IE (or other browsers)

I'm using VB.net. I need to create an application that sits in between the browser and the actual internet. Basically, I'm creating an online game that will edit some webpages that are incoming so that they contain parts of the game (it's a kind of scavenger hunt). How would I create this?
Does anybody have any ideas for this? I've found nothing online. If you do know something about this, I prefer code examples and not just subjects. I tend to need big pushes in a direction to learn something new.
Thanks if you can!
Your best bet is to start with FiddlerCore, which is a .NET Class Library which provides exactly what you're looking for. http://fiddler.wikidot.com/fiddlercore

Monotouch: WCF is experimental?

I would like to know if the WCF version for monotouch is stable or not. Do you have any info?
Thank in advance. Regards. L.
It's experimental, so not fully supported.
I have used it in a big application in the past though, and for the most part everything worked perfectly. You need to use the Silverlight proxy generator, but everything works ok. I found a few bugs along the way, and the MonoTouch team was just great in getting those fixed as soon as possible. This was almost a year ago, so my guess is that things are probably in a better shape now.
If you really need to so webservices (instead of simple http calls), I would suggest you give it a try, before disregarding it. You'll see that unless you need very very specific things, everything really works well.

Are There Any Good Open-Source Mac Application Templates

I am looking to make a Mac version of one of my iPhone apps and was looking for a good ay to hit the ground running. I know how to code in Objective-c and Cocoa, and I know how to piece something together from scratch if I have to, but I am looking for an easier way.
Are there any open-source templates for coding Mac desktop applications that I might be able to pick up and use to get started off without reinventing the wheel?
EDIT:
I guess what I am looking for is an easy way to get started on an app that has the "iTunes Look and Feel". If there are some bare-bones version of this layout as some sort of template project, that would be great. Also, why has somebody down-voted this question? Have I asked something that is not appropriate for SO?
Apple includes lots of project templates with Xcode (vanilla application, document-based application, Core Data document-based application, etc.). I don't really know how much more you would want in a template. They're generally pretty good for getting you started, I think. If you're looking for something more than these offer out of a "template," maybe you could elaborate.
If you're just looking for a starting point for the interface, then check out BW Toolkit:
http://brandonwalkin.com/bwtoolkit/
He has some nice videos on his site showing how to create a Mail-like interface very quickly.
Besides the project templates included with Xcode, you should browse the application exmples in /Developer/Examples. Most of these examples are "full" applications that demonstrate one or more Cocoa-related concepts. Many could serve as the starting point for a similarly orriented app of your own.

Custom Presence with UCMA 2.0 and OCS 2007

I have recently started working with Unified Communication Managed API 2.0 (UCMA) and Office Communication Server(OCS) 2007. I have a need in my app that I have to create custom presence for my users? Has anyone of you guys done this before and can point me in right direction?
There is not much documentation out there regarding this, so I am struggling here.
Thanks
I've not done any work with the 2.0 API yet, but these posts may be useful for you:
Joe Calev's Weblog (apologies if you've already seen them)
Also, there might be some useful nuggets in here (its V1 but some of the concepts are similar):
UCMA 1.0 Sample app
Ok I got the Answer.
We have to execute couple of stored procedures on OCS side to add those custom presence there.
Then we can publish to those presence just like every other ones!
